Sehr schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt "Graça"

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit allem was benötigt wird ausgestattet. Die Bilder entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Carlota ist eine sehr nette, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Diese Wohnung kann sehr empfohlen werden. Danke Carlota

The best place to stay in Lisbon

We booked this rental after months of searching properties in Lisbon. We chose this place for many reasons, including the great reviews, and we were not disappointed. Carlota is a wonderful host who went out of her way to help make our stay fabulous. We cannot say enough good things about Carlota! From before we even arrived she worked with us to help make our trip go as smoothly as possible-including helping with my Portuguese. She assisted with airport transfers, tours, tour guides, and itineraries. Upon arrival she met us at the property to make sure everything was perfect and to answer any questions. She even went for a walk with us around the area and showed us where the laundry, butcher, groceries, and best bakeries and restaurants were, as we were staying in her place for almost a month. She also left us a list of some of her favorite restaurants and foods to eat, and arranged metro passes for us. Throughout our stay she would occasionally text us to see how we were doing. Carlota's property exceeded every expectation and was the perfect place for a wonderful month in Lisbon. For starters, the flat is located in a great area. We were close enough to walk almost anywhere and tram 28 is just outside the front door. It was not too crowded/touristy, and yet still had all the charm of old Lisboa. The praca where this apartment is located is right at the intersection of old and new, the touristy and the local, which allowed our family to mingle with the locals and still experience the Lisbon you read about in travel magazines. The flat is on the fourth floor and all the rooms have an amazing view of the old convent, the square below, and the river and pantheon off to the left. At nights we loved to lie in bed with the door open and feel the cool breeze while seeing the convent bell tower lit up and listening to the hum of dinner conversations from the praca below. The kitchen window offers an amazing panoramic view of Alfama and the Tagus river. The interior of the flat was in great condition and has been updated. Great bathroom with shower. The air conditioning worked great and was a welcome reprieve from the summer heat in the middle of the day, although opening windows provided a cooling breeze. The flat has two elevators which we appreciated after long days of walking the hills of Lisbon. The building, apt, and neighborhood all felt safe. Everything was perfect and we would recommend this property to any of our friends!!

Love Lisbon!

Simple and comfortable accomodation with many items available without going shopping first. Don’t let being on the doorstep of Tram 28 fool you...this is the tourist tram and it’s always full so be prepared to do a lot of walking and this place is located on the top of the largest hill in Lisbon. Be in shape or get in shape while staying here! Carlotta is a gem and will answer any question you have. Just a wonderful experience and I would recommend Carlotta’s place to other travelers.

bel appartement bien situé

Apparemment à la hauteur de sa description , très propre plein de charme, excellente situation dans un quartier animé sans être trop bruyant . Nous avions une voiture pour aller chaque jour à l'extérieur de Lisbonne cela n'a posé aucun problème parking, circulation sécurité. Accueil très prévenant de Carlota.

le top

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement confortable et trés bien plaçé ! Vue magnifique du balcon ,tram 28 au pas de la porte ,quartier animé et chaleureux . Idéal pour découvrir Lisbonne ! Carlota est au top ! a l'écoute,donnant de bons conseils et trés acceuillante . Si besoin Joaquim est là lui aussi pour vous conduire ou garder vos baggages ! Je recommande vivement et j'espère même y retourner !

Tolle geräumige Wohnung in tolle Lage! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Carlota empfangen und schon im Vorfeld war der E-Mailaustausch sehr ausführlich. Den Angebotenen Transfer vom Flughafen haben wir gerne in Anspruch genommen und es hat super geklappt. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos, sehr gut ausgestattet und in sehr zentraler Lage aber absolut ruhig gelegen. Die Straßenbahn und ein Bus fahren direkt vor der Tür ab, es gibt einen Supermarkt und Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sowohl für zwei Paare, als auch eine Familie mit zwei Kindern geeignet. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn wir nochmal nach Lissabon kommen, würden wir dort wieder buchen!

Perfekt für Lissabon

Der Graca Platz ist perfekt geeignet, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die 28 hält direkt vor der Tür. In die anderen wunderschönen Stadtviertel ist es nicht weit. Die Wohnung ist gut - wenn auch ein wenig "nüchtern" - eingerichtet mit allem, was man für einen Städtetrip braucht. Der Balkon ist klein und bietet trotzdem einen wunderschönen Ausblick über die Stadt und bis zum Tejo. Carlota ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, eine mit Herzblut. Unbedingte Empfehlung.

Vraiment très bien

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans un appartement parfaitement propre, avec une vue superbe sur le Tage et la ville. Le quartier est très sympathique, le tram 28 passe juste en dessous de la location. Les restaurants sur la place sont très bien, nous nous sommes régalés de poisson, poulpe (à gouter !), pour un prix très abordable. Carlota nous a accueilli très gentiment, une rencontre fort agréable. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir choisi cette adresse. Le petit déjeuner sur le balcon, accompagné de pain de Dieu restera un de nos meilleurs souvenir ;)

Appartment mitten am Hauptplatz in Graca

Das Appartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern, liegt im 4. Stock mitten am Hauptplatz von Graca. Es ist der optimale Ausgangspunkt, sowohl mit der Tram 28 in andere Teile von Lissabon, als auch zu Fuß über die Treppen durch Mouraria zum Bahnhof Rossio innerhalb von ca. 12 min. Kleine Läden auf dem zentralen Platz erleichtern die tägliche Versorgung. Das Appartment selbst bot alles für eine kleine Familie, es ist gepflegt und Carlota ist sehr nett und bietet weitere Serviceleistungen an wie z.B. Flughafentransfer etc.

Clean, cheerful apartment in great location

Stayed here for a week in October with my boyfriend and absolutely loved it! The apartment was spacious and clean, with everything that we needed to enjoy our stay and a lovely balcony with some nice views overlooking the square and some beautiful buildings as well as glimpses of the river. Carlota, the owner, was incredibly welcoming - in the run up to the holiday we exchanged several emails so she could give us any information we needed before travelling, then on the first night she arranged for our airport transfer and met us at the apartment, taking time to find out what we were interested in and making recommendations of places to visit, how best to travel and places to eat. Throughout the visit she maintained contact with us to answer any questions we had, which was really helpful. The apartment itself is in a great location, we were able to walk easily into the centre of the town within 30 minutes, meaning we could access some great restaurants and also the train and metro stations to take us to Belem, Cascais, the Zoo and the Oceanarium (all of these are definitely worth a visit, and all are easy and cheap to get to!). As Lisbon is rather hilly, coming back sometimes took a little bit longer but for those less keen on walking there is a tram and taxis are really cheap. There are a few nice places to eat close to the flat, as well as several shops and bars and a really handy travel shop, so the location is oerfect and because it isn't right in the centre it is a bit quieter at night too. We had a marvellous time here and will definitely be back, thank you!
