It has 3 bedrooms, a small private walled garden, with a terrace area for a lunch in the sun (garden table, barbecue and parasol). On the first floor a large living room with access to the garden, a kitchen open to the dining room with a TV area.
On the first floor, a large bathroom with a bathtub, the laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer. On the same level, a separate toilet.
On the second floor, a large master bedroom with a double bed 160, another dormitory bedroom with two single beds, one of which can unfold into a third bed, and the last bedroom with a sofa bed 140, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower cubicle.
You can park for free in front of the house on the street, you will be a 10 minute walk from the beach.
