A Bright, Open Retreat This stunning home offers approximately 2,300 sq. ft. of finished living space with a wide-open floor plan and 9-foot ceilings that create an airy, peaceful atmosphere. The handicap-accessible first floor features no stairs from the driveway, making arrival and daily living easy for everyone.
The spacious family room showcases lofted ceilings, a large HDTV, and plenty of room to gather after a beach day. A newly remodeled powder room (½ bath) is also located on the main level for added convenience. The home is tastefully furnished and beautifully decorated throughout, blending coastal charm with modern comfort.

Linens Package Option: Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included. For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure. Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation. Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.
Lighthouse Club Amenities Passes The Lighthouse Club Amenities Pass is an additional fee that is separate from your reservation and should be reserved prior to your arrival to avoid a late fee during the Summer Season. The purchase of amenities passes is not required to stay in the Coastal Club Community. Only purchase passes for those in your group that plan to use the amenities. Children under the age of 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass. The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dinning Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts. During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with its Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with its Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant. Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm during the Summer Season. For additional Information click on the Life at Coastal Club Link. The amenities pass is a Lighthouse Club feature and is not owned or operated by Bethany Beach Home Rentals.

Situated around a 42-acre nature preserve with 5-acre pond, bordered by rolling woods and offering amenities unlike any other community in the Lewes and Rehoboth Area. Coastal Club puts you moments from the beach and close to everything you love about beach life. You can easily head over to Rehoboth Beach for the day, or enjoy fishing on the waterways and ocean. You can also explore Cape Henlopen State Park or head over to nearby Route 1 for the area’s best shopping.
