What more to ask than an all beautiful all new 2-bedroom apartment, in the heart of the famous Palm Beach district? Shopping a few steps away?... Done. A short walk from the beaches?... Done. A private parking?... Done. A balcony?... Done again.

So, what are you waiting for? Book now, whether with a couple of friends or with your family, stay in this beautiful apartment on the second floor of this new and secured residential building.

This apartment features:

- A beautiful living room, opening to the balcony, with an open floor kitchen to offer a roomier atmosphere, a dining table for 4, a sofa and lounge chairs and a flat-screen TV

- A fully equipped kitchen with all you will need, and especially a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?) as well as all appliances, dishware, tableware and all other possible ware typically found in a family-style kitchen.

- A first bedroom with a full size double bed and a large closet.

- A second bedroom with 2 single beds (perfect for kids or adults who like their own sleeping space) as well as plenty of storage space.

- A separate bathroom with tub and some pretty nice tile work.

- Separate toilets, but you may be glad they are separate, however they do have company in the form of a laundry space with washer AND dryer.

- The apartment and the entire property is handicap-accessible (no steps), including access to the swimming pool.

- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee...).
- And to maintain your, and everyone else's, comfort and quiet time, no day or evening parties are allowed.

Some geography, so you know where you are:
After a few steps down your street, the Rue Ricord Laty, you will be able to pick your favorite activity within less than 4 and a half minutes (or more if you decide to try walking on your hands):

- Reach the Mouré Rouge beach to do some skinny dipping or find a spot at an outdoor café and sip a cocktail.

- Enjoy the “village” atmosphere of the Palm Beach district while doing all your daily shopping in the cute boutiques (butcher shop, artisan bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, Post Office...)

- Go for a walk along the Croisette and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-control boats.

- Try one of the famous specialty pizzas at Jean-Jean's.

- Change scenery and go get some sun on a bench in the Jardin des Hespérides park or convince the whole family or friends to go for a pétanque game at the Place de l’Ètang

- And in less than 10 minutes by car, you can:

- Go take a selfie like a movie star (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or just go to work if you are here for business).

- Board a train for an unknown (or not) destination.

- Use your imagination while discovering the city center but only by walking on the odd-numbered side of the streets.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
