We also appreciate the opportunity to address a few of the concerns you mentioned.The fire pit has since been replaced. Regarding the refrigerator, when it is loaded with a large quantity of room-temperature groceries, it can take several hours to return to its normal operating temperature. We regret any frustration this caused and responded as soon as we were able the following morning. Our arcade area and game room are accurately represented in our listing photos, and we encourage guests to review the listing details to ensure the amenities are the right fit for their group before booking. As for the wildlife, seeing bears is one of the unique experiences of staying in the Smoky Mountains. While we certainly can't control where bears choose to roam—or when they leave evidence of their visit—we do our best to maintain the property between guests while respecting the natural environment that makes this area so special. Finally, we're pleased to hear you found the beds comfortable. Providing our guests with a clean, comfortable place to relax and get a great night's sleep is one of our highest priorities. I am very happy you enjoyed the porches! Cabin is on an acre lot with green space on all sides and a big front yard, just enough space to feel private but it is in a neighborhood with other cabins near by. Thanks for staying .
