Not trying to cause harm to their rental business, but feel its important to give an honest assessment of the value for the money spent for our time spent. We let them know our concerns, they responded relatively appropriately, however acknowledged they have no plans to make changes based on our experience.Front door is very difficult to use, it took us 5 minutes to figure out how to unlock/lock it. The deadbolt thing I couldn't do by myself, my husband had to do it each time. No spare keys left to the property as was instructed (we did not need them, however we didn't want to be held responsible for missing keys). Master bathroom not fully cleaned. There was hair in the sink, tub, and all over the toilet. I cleaned the sink and shower myself before we could use it, as well as the toilet. Master jetted tub is moldy and unusable. Bed in the guest room is broken - the corner metal foot is braced up but fell apart and causes the entire bottom side of the bed to collapse. Keurig container was moldy. Refrigerator was dripping and moldy, freezer on the left side not functioning properly. Outdoor shower head was broken off. Doors to the upstairs bedroom and bathroom don't close all the way, the wind blows them open.Some of the windows don't have screens (no ac )Trash pickup on Thursday - the guys didn't take it and we were worried of being charged the 100 trash fee.No vacuumNo hairdryerBe prepared to bring literally everything u need for beach and kitchen
