Inside, this home features fantastic new updates, including a fully equipped modern kitchen and a beautifully renovated bathroom. The cottage offers two cozy bedrooms with a full and queen beds and a mini-split A/C unit in the living area to keep you cool. Summer bookings also include the convenience of professionally laundered linens and towels.

The property shines with its outdoor living spaces. Unwind in the enclosed front sunroom, or head out back to the brand-new deck! This is the perfect space for evening cookouts with the provided BBQ grill. After a day in the sand, rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower and enjoy the spacious yard.

*Winter and/or Academic Rental Properties: Listed amenities may differ; owners retain the right to remove and or winterize specific amenities (i.e. outdoor furniture, grills, outdoor showers). Utilities are not included. Linens are not included. All leases are subject to rubbish removal and cleaning fees.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
