Welcome! You can have this duplex all to yourself :) This is a one bedroom, one bathroom duplex that has room for 1 to 2 people. It’s located in the John A. Finch Arboretum close to downtown Spokane (2.2 miles), major hospitals and the airport (4.6 miles). It’s also close to the Fish Lake Trail if you love to run, bike, hike, or experience the outdoors. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, friends, and a weekend getaway.

The space
One bedroom is furnished with 1 queen bed, a dresser, and a closet with lots of hangers

There is high speed wifi throughout the duplex. There is a TV with free Netflix provided and access to local channels with an antenna. There is no cable. There is a DVD player with some DVDs.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, blender, toaster, cookware, pots and pans, wine glasses, and a wine opener. There are plenty of dishes and silverware for a nice dinner or a family breakfast. You will also find coffee, creamer, sugar, green tea, hot chocolate, oil, salt, and pepper.

The bathroom is stocked with clean towels and toiletries. It includes toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. Please use all hot irons for your hair in the bathroom. You will be responsible for any damages.

Smoking is only allowed outside. 420 friendly

There is a single lane driveway that can fit 2 cars

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire duplex.

Other things to note
Check-in is after 4pm/check-out is no later than 11am. These times are sometimes flexible depending on the reservations I have that week, just send me a message in advance to ask for an exception.

Pets are NOT ALLOWED.

There is a Ring security camera at the entrance.

PLEASE do not smoke marijuana or tobacco inside the house. There will be an ashtray you can take with you outside. The guests after you are not always as 420 friendly and a lot of them do not appreciate the smell. Thank you!

The host was very communicative and hospitable. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed and the appliances were great. It was a cute layout and the perfect size for what we needed as a couple.The location was close to everything. It was just a tad bit more outdated than I had expected but very tastefully decorated which made it extremely cozy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little place to stay, and clean off the beaten path a bit. Was nice to have some decent cookware and laundry and good shower. Was nice to have some oil and spices already there. Close enough to the downtown and grocery stores as well as trails, which was great.

Quiet retreat

This was just what we needed. Rental was clean with fresh towels and linens and quiet. I would just suggest that the artificial fragranced plug in be removed. I am sensitive to perfumes and had to unplug it and air out the VRBO when we arrived, which worked just fine. We will stay again.

Excellent stay!

Great location next door to the Arboretum. Very convenient to the airport. My first Vrbo experience and it beat my expectations. I'd definitely try to book it again next time I'm looking for a place in Spokane.

All good but the Bed

This is a nice place to stay, clean, well-stocked kitchen, net flix, you can control heat and A/C...but the matress is very low about 13 inches off the floor and not very firm. The bed frame sticks out beyond the matress and we got multiple bruises on our shins. VeeAnn is an excellent host and we have stayed at her other units in the past. we will stay at those again in the future but not at this unit.

Nice Home Away from Home

I was in my own space with no noises or anybody bothering me. It worked out perfectly for my visit to Spokane. The host was very responsive when I had a few questions but expected needs were anticipated and met and clearly presented. I definitely plan to return for my next visit.

Spokane Getaway

It was a very comfortable and located close to some great restaurants and downtown. The John A. Arboretum located just across the street is a lovely place to stroll and see some interesting trees.

Cute little place out of the way

Really lovely little apartment / house very close (2 blocks) to the wonderful Arboretum. Clean, tidy, comfortable. Road noise was audible (the place is close to two main arterials), but VeeAnn is kind to provide some white noise machines to help out. Good amenities provided. Take care to not bump your shins on the bedframe. A little too far from main attractions to walk to downtown, but not too far from Browne's Addition and groceries. The compromise in favor of being close to the Arboretum is a good one. The host is very communitive and friendly. Thanks for the stay, VeeAnn :)

Great little spot to relax

We were visiting spokane to meet our new nephew. This space gave us a great place to stay and have a spot to ourselves and to get out if the new parents hair or watch the baby for them. The bed is comfy and there are plenty of extra blankets to use. The kitchen is a great size if you wsnt to cook for yourselves instead of going out and the water pressure in the shower is amazing. I would highly reccommend to any couple visiting spokane, it was super easy to get anywhere in the area and there was a park right there too. Definitely would return to this vrbo on a return family visit!

Perfect Spot to Relax

The place was so clean and smelled wonderful from the second we walked in we felt like we were at home. Comfortable and everything we were hoping it would be. Also a perfect location right outside of the downtown area!

Perfect Stay!

This was my BEST stay with VRBO. VeeAnn is the PERFECT host. The place was extremely clean and the accommodations are charming. There were snacks waiting for us a cold bottles of water in the fridge. VeeAnn even had a copy of the book my son has been dying to read on the coffee table. Everything is was perfect. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more and look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Spokane. Thank you so much VeeAnn!!!!

Great place to stay

This was the perfect space for my weekend trip to Spokane! Loved the location, it was pretty quiet and a safe area! Everything was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need except we couldn’t find an oven mitt. Would recommend if you are looking for a low key place in Spokane!
