The Mission Rock House is a little bite of Fayetteville. Centrally located in the heart of our city, our home is within a short drive of everything Fayetteville has to offer. Whether you're looking to grab a bite on Dickson Street, see a play at the Walton Arts Center, take a stroll on the stunning University of Arkansas campus or hit the extensive Razorback Greenway trails, you are merely minutes from anything you could dream of tasting, seeing, or doing.



Offering a historic taste of Fayetteville, our recently updated 3-bedroom home is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, style, and convenience.



Upon entering The Mission Rock House, you'll immediately be greeted by our ultra-cozy, open concept living space! Here, you'll find our over-stuffed sofa and love seat, midcentury modern-inspired chairs, driftwood coffee table, large Smart TV and stunning built-in shelves. We find this space is perfect for catching up with friends, settling in for a good movie or even catching a mid-afternoon nap!



Through the living room, you'll find our spacious kitchen complete with a HUGE island with four barstools and a state-of-the-art cooktop. Here, you'll find everything you need to cook the perfect meal, bake your favorite dessert or make a great cup of coffee. This space also has a desk area for catching up on emails or taking a Zoom call! Through the kitchen, sits our 8-top dining table - the perfect place for enjoying your home-cooked meal.



At the end of the day, settle into one of our FOUR luxury beds:

(1) Our Master bedroom, which is complete with a King-size bed, closet, Smart TV, plenty of natural light and a stunning en suite bathroom.

(2) Our second bedroom, which features a luxurious King-size bed, closet and nearby bath.

(3) Our third bedroom which has a Queen-size bed, closet, dresser and nearby bath.

(4) Our Queen-size pullout bed, which is located in the living room.



Outside, enjoy our fully fenced-in backyard, which is complete with plenty of cozy seating, an outdoor dining table, a HOT TUB, string lights, a high-top fire pit, corn hole and BBQ grill!

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Please note that there is external surveillance cameras attached to the garage to protect you and the property.

House located in central Fayetteville with nearby access to trails, public transit, and rideshare/taxi availability.



Other Things to Note:

House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. We absolutely do not allow any pets on the furniture including the beds at night, no exceptions. Pets must be kept caged, in the garage, or in the back yard if the home is unattended. The tenant is responsible for any damages that might occur due to pets (this allows us to not have a pet deposit).

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
