Independent house entirely dedicated to the gîte. Explore Normandy from this luxury house for 5 people. In the heart of the Pays d'Auge, this former aviary is in the listed park of the Château de Marolles estate. You will have a private enclosed garden of 5000 m2 with free access to the 10ha park, allowing you to discover the various species and species several hundred years old of the arboretum. Renovated in the respect of traditions with noble materials, this cottage offers you elegance and refinement. This exceptional setting will allow you to spend a friendly and memorable moment. A cultural, historical, sporting stay or simply a moment to spend with family or friends, the choice is yours!

First floor: 1 kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, induction hob, large living room (2 armchairs and 1 sofa, TV and wi-fi), dining room... Large bedroom of 15m2 with bay window (bed 160x200) and en-suite shower room/WC (8m2).

Upstairs: 1 large bathroom of 12m2 with bath and shower; 1 family room of more than 15.5m2 with 1 bed 160x190 and 1 bed 90x190.

Fenced flower garden with 2 terraces, BBQ, garden furniture and deckchairs. A guided tour of the park, English garden of 10 ha, can be arranged free of charge with the owners. We have two Golden Retrievers and unfortunately we cannot accommodate animals of any kind.

Note that the beds are made, towels provided.
