The house is fully furnished with quality furniture, and luxurious bed/bath essentials. Please note that you must be comfortable going up stairs as all bedrooms are upstairs.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, utensils, pots/pans, wine glasses, salt and pepper for you to prepare your finest dishes.

You have access to the entire house.

* The closet in the master room is not available for usage.
* The fireplace is not available for usage due to safety concerns.

HOUSE RULES:
- QUIET HOUR 9 PM-8 AM
- ABSOLUTELY NO EVENTS OR PARTIES.
- NO VISITOR.
- NO SMOKING/NO VAPING ALLOWED ($1000 PENALTY).
- NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE.

- In order to protect our guests & our home, we have an outdoor surveillance system installed.
- Garbage is pick up on Monday morning, if you are residing during this time, please pull them out.
