The house features a double living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen open to the living area, 3 bedrooms—including 1 on the first floor with twin beds (160x200), 2 bedrooms upstairs with twin beds (160x200) and a sofa bed (90x190), a relaxation area, and a mezzanine (120x190 sofa bed and 2 mattresses on the floor), sleeping 6 to 10 people; 2 bathrooms with showers, one of which has a freestanding bathtub and a separate toilet.
