Perfect

We travel to St. George regularly and we always try to stay at Las Palmas. This is by far the nicest and largest unit we have visited. It was perfect for a soccer tournament weekend with some mountain biking mixed in. We love how close it is to so many great trails.

Fantastic stay

Our family of 8 people stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. This was the perfect place. There was plenty of room. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed. Property management was quick to respond to any questions we had. Checking and check out was seamless. The beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

In the master bedroom, the carpet is badly stained. I texted the manager for better communication, but I didn't receive a message until I called him.The bathrooms look a little old; the curtains need replacing. Overall, I give it 4 stars.

Wish the weather was warmer. Not your fault. Loved the apartment. Very accommodating. Plenty of room for us. Decorated beautifully. Tv problem fixed immediately. Thank you. Love St George. Plenty to keep us busy!

Our stay was great. My only suggestions would be to clean the carpets. They are in need of a good scrub. Also, an update of some of the pans and containers would be nice. Overall, my grandkids had a blast and the sleeping arrangements were great. Thank you!

Nice and clean. Good kitchen stock. Living room sofas horribly worn out. Cushions saggy occasional chairs like sitting in a bucket. Need to be looked at and replaced. Beautiful view

Unit Review

Family vacation

We loved our stay at Las Palmas resort. The rental was very clean, roomy and relaxing. The view from the balcony was amazing. We loved the pools, did a lot of swimming. The proximity to restaurants, historical sites, parks, and other St. George and southern Utah attractions is good. Will definitely return.

Fall Break Getaway

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Las Palmas #211. There were just a few things that were inconvenient during our stay. When we first arrived the condo smelled bad, like musty and mildewy. We opened doors and windows but it took a good 4 hours before the smell went away. We ended up making a trip to the store for some air freshener. It would be great if they had some air freshener on-site in case it happens again. We slept in the queen bedroom and our sheets were so stiff and uncomfortable that it made for a terrible first night's sleep. We were able to find some extra sheets to change them out for the remainder of the nights and they were much better. Roku remotes worked off and on in the master bedroom and main living area which was kind of annoying. The view was nice but they don't mention that the unit is right above a large and noisy road. The complex is older and you can see a lot of wear and tear and the grounds are not as kept up as you would hope. There are not assigned parking spots, so one night we ended up having to park far away from the unit. The unit is in a great location as far as getting to things all around the St. George area. The pools and pickleball areas were awesome and they were not crowded on the days we were there. Big slides into pools were a blast for the kids. Pools are heated except the really large outdoor pool. It was freezing and no one was in it (except for my crazy 10 year old who does not feel cold). But, the other pools were not bad. Our unit had been remodeled a few years back and the updated decor was really cute. Two of the bathrooms were still older and the tile had some stains in the grout. The window mechanisms didn't work and we were told not to turn down the a/c below 74 degrees, so it was warm at times because we couldn't crack the windows. Overall, we would stay there again. Now that we know what to expect and realize that the complex is older, the convenient location and nice pool areas make up for some of the other disappointing things.

Beautiful condo

Very spacious and beautiful condo with great decor. Located on the 3rd floor, but there is an elevator. It had everything that we needed. Large kitchen and living room with a huge flatscreen TV and free YouTube TV provided. It was a fairly quiet location with minimal neighbor noise. We found the bath towels to be quite small and nonabsorbent (like white motel towels), but the provided pool towels were much better. As other reviewers mentioned, the sliding doors are difficult to open. We mentioned this to the property manager, and he said they will work on that. It's not mentioned in the listing, but there is a front-loading washer and dryer in the bedroom nearest the kitchen. We visited nearby Snow Canyon State Park, which was beautiful and not busy like Zion. The drive to Zion NP Visitor Center is an hour, so not as close as we would've liked.

Family Trip

My husband and I went on a trip with my parents and siblings. I tried to message the managers of the home twice and did not receive a response back. One of the sliding doors to the back patio was broken and we were not able to use it. The grill was pretty dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in quite some time. The home was nice and clean. There were plenty of beds for all of us and the view was nice from the porch. We felt as though there could have been more kitchen utensils/tools/bags and a bigger trash can as it was pretty small for the number of people allowed to stay. We did not use a lot of things outside as it ended up being over 100° the weekend we went. However, the pools were nice. The location of the complex was close to everything (10-15 minute drive). This apartment is on the third floor, not the second. There is also no key needed for the elevator.

Good condo, great service

We encountered a few problems early on in our stay but they were addressed quickly and the rest of our time here went very well and management made sure that everything was resolved and were taken care of. The view from the back of the condo is amazing! Some of the public areas got a little crowded and we had to leave them early (CoVid worries). Overall, the condo and property was updated, comfortable, and fun.
