Great location, clean and comfortable

My husband, twin 22-year-old sons and I had a great time at this condo. The beds were very comfortable and condo was very clean. Liked the added touches of handheld shower and bar stools with a back. Nancy was so quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

We (a family of 4- two adults and two young kids) just stayed in this condo and I can’t say enough how perfect it was ..the views, how easy and accessible it is, how close it is to the beach and good local restaurants. It just doesn’t get any better!Everything is spotless! Everything you need is already in the condo. The views.. early morning surprise dolphin viewing in the cove and late night thunderstorm watching from the balcony. Do yourself a favor and book this gem! The communication with the booking team is fantastic as well!

The goody basket left us with what we needed to get started. It was clean and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the inland water way. We even saw a manatee! There were lots of great restaurants to go to, a publix grocery store just down the street. We used the public walkway to go to the beach every night. A great stay!

Our only complaint is the washing machine was extremely loud when on the spin cycle and we were afraid it might be disturbing to the neighbors, but the washing machine work perfectly otherwise. This was our second stay in this complex and we definitely would recommend it to others.

Get Away With Friends

Stayed a week with friends, and was able to relax and have a great time. Check in was simple (codes provided for front door and unit door), ample parking, and great location. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and grocery store, easy access to beach, and not far from other attractions (shops/bars). Unit was clean, had towels for the pool area, and coffee filters. If you want to play pickleball, I would recommend bringing your own racket (there is paddles available but they look like large ping pong paddles), and shuffle board supplies provided (items in a room below building). Was able to see dolphins one day from the dock. Hot tub and pool were a great temp. Overall a pleasant stay.

More convenience would go a long way

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the location, the bed was comfortable, and the building was pretty quiet. Aside from that, some of the policies the management company utilizes are not conducive to a relaxing vacation. The unit was not well equipped for a weeklong vacation. We were provided 2 garbage bags, no hand soap, etc so we had to go shopping for essentials. 10 trash bags are $1.25 down the road, so I would’ve preferred to just pay a bit extra and hage a more relaxing vacation without errands. Kitchen was missing measuring spoons, a pen, etc. Multiple very cheap small things that would’ve made it a lot more relaxing. In the days leading up to our departure I was contacted 3-4 times to ask what time we’d be leaving. Almost like they couldn’t get us out fast enough! Wasn’t the worst ever but won’t return.

Location was perfect, you could walk to supper, breakfast, the beach... the beach access and bus stop was just across the street, we used the bus to visit the pier. We enjoyed the manatees that were around 24/7. Best company for coffee in the mornings! We had a minor issue with the dishwasher but Management had it serviced right away. Communication was excellent, we will be back!

Covid Sanity Break Nov 8-15 2020

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tropical Storm ETA had other ideas for our sanity break. When weather cooperated 40% of stay Sunrise over bay very nice. Manatees were regulars & fun to watch. Dolphins we saw were a treat. Owners advised every few yrs they show up. Maybe plus from ETA. As for unit it was nice but small. However, owners maximized space. Appliances & furnishings were nice. Kitchen accessories & bath linens adequately stocked. Unit updated but not new. Bath sink hot water facet difficult to turn. Advised staff but told new owners requested they be tightened. Need a good grip to use. Both the bay balcony & unit entrance have patio furniture expanding the sqft. Pool & bay deck are nice. Gazebo with grills offers benefits. Sunrise is older so was being painted during our stay. Local staff were helpful. Short walk across Gulf Blvd is St Pete Beach. Being offseason & storm brewing most vendors closed but could see it being packed during peak season. Never did find beach access with public restroom. Mostly swung & missed on restaurants but Cody's Roadhouse was awesome. Prior to booking Anna of Next Home Beach time Reality was extremely helpful. Next Home Beach Time low light was finding out on 12/3/2020 that it takes 60-90 days to process $150 refundable. damage deposit. During booking advise 14 days but now told that just to release the deposit per James. Really 60-90 days for reimbursement. With that policy alone doubt I'd return to Sunrise Resort or book through NHBTR.
