This single-story chalet features a 15m² living/dining area with a kitchenette (filter coffee maker, kettle, microwave, mini-oven, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and fan) with a double sofa bed and television. The 5.7m² bathroom includes a walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer, and towel warmer. There is a separate 2.2m² WC. Bedroom 1 is 8m² with a double bed (140x190cm). Bedroom 2 is 5.7m² with two single beds (80x190cm). Wi-Fi is provided.

Terrace, garden furniture, two sun loungers, parasol, and charcoal barbecue are available. Private parking is located alongside the chalet.

FISHING: Private fishing pier 62m from the chalet. Fishing equipment is available in the shed, which includes a sink, refrigerator, tackle box, recycling bins, and compost bins.
