A very nice place to stay.

I was very happy with my choice to stay here. It was very clean and well maintained. It's perfect for one or two people. It's located within a short drive to restraints, shopping and the hospital. It has everything you would expect by staying in a nice hotel room. It would not hesitate to come here again if I travel back to the area.thanks for the wonderful stay.

Utah vacation

Everything was wonderful except the water pressure in the shower. It was very slow, almost a trickle. Thanks for the hospitality. LS

Cute but Small

Very nice host and cute place with a comfy bed. I will say beyond the square footage, I didn’t feel like I was given a good idea of the size from the listing. The photos made it seem like it was the whole house and multiple rooms, but it’s more or less one room with a bathroom that has been added onto the garage.

Check-in was fairly easy, was not really told where the door was so it took us a moment to find it, was glad we arrived when it was daylight. It was a little smaller than we expected, but that was fine because it was just 2 of us. The kitchen was suitable for our stay, but the dishes where all mis-matched. Lots of plastic and paper plates but only one bowl. Lots of knives but only two forks and three tablespoons, no teaspoons. No dish rag or dish towel in the kitchen so we had to use a wash cloth and the only hand towel from the bathroom to clean the dishes we did use. The host was very quick to respond when we couldn't get the tv to work, that was very nice. The place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay there and the location was nice and it was quiet.

Would have been a perfect stay except for the smell of sewage.When I arrived the studio smelled like cooked Hamberger Helper. Upon arrival I noticed the kitchen sink, bathtub, and bathroom sink drains were all capped off. To wash my hands I opened the bathroom sink drain and almost instantly the smell of sewage was coming out of the sink. The bathroom sewage smell intensified over night. I stayed 5 nights & was gone all days, so i was able to avoid the smell. I started curling my hair and putting my makeup on at the dining table using my phone camera as a mirror because the smell was so repulsive in the bathroom. Finally on day 4 I messaged the owner (kind & quick to respond). While I was away, he put "antibacterial" down the drain. When I came back for the night it smelled like cooked Hamburger Helper again for about an hour then the smell of old-moldy-sewage came back w/intesnity. I spoke w/the owner and let him know that about 10-15 years ago i lived in a raised foundation home (which is what the studio is) and that home had a burst sewage pipe break allowing all excriment and sewage to drain into the earth. And on hot summer days it baked the smell and rose up into the house. It smelled exactly like that. He offered a refund and gave me 25% back what I paid. I recommended no one stay unless this matter is properly address & taken care of. It's a health hazzard to breath in old sewage. Despite attemepts, I don't think this can be masked w/antibacterial

Good experience

The experience was great. The host was very helpful. This was my first time using this app and the host was helpful with any questions I had. If I had one negative thing to say was that the bathtub sat up to high.
