The mini-apartment (24 square meters) completely independent, is located in the center of Naples just 10 meters from the subway stop and is very close to public transportation, so in less than 10 minutes you can reach any part of the city. The apartment consists of two rooms: on the ground floor there is the living room with kitchenette, fridge and TV, and upstairs the sleeping area with bathroom and TV in the room. The heating is autonomous. In summer the apartment is very cool as it is located inside a courtyard of a period building, on the ground floor. Easily welcomes two people, but can also accommodate four because, in addition to the double bed on the second floor, in the living room on the ground floor, there is a large sofa bed. Next to the building there are bars, tobacconists, delicatessens, pharmacies and car parks. If you want you can ask for breakfast which costs separately. The change of linen takes place every eight days. For those traveling by car there are three secured garages in the immediate vicinity.
The structure is located between the historic center and the hilly area, so you can visit both "I Decumani", "Quartieri Spagnoli", the Archaeological Museum, the Royal Palace of Capodimonte and the Royal Palace with the Maschio Angioino near Castel Sant 'Elmo and the Certosa di San Martino.
