Everything is done on foot! <br><br>Quiet, comfortable, well equipped and very bright, you will appreciate this beautiful apartment with a living area of 40m2 (useful area 53m2) which includes a private parking space in the basement as well as a locked ski room (padlocked rack). Although there is already a washing machine in the apartment, a laundry room is also available to residents free of charge on the first floor of the building.<br><br>On the 3rd and last floor, WITHOUT ELEVATOR, the apartment enjoys a beautiful view of the mountains from East to West. <br>You will be able to see that the view is splendid in all seasons.<br><br>Very cosy with a mountain chalet atmosphere, you will enjoy an entrance with 2-door cupboard, a spacious and welcoming living room and a new open and equipped kitchen. <br>The 2 attic bedrooms, with velux located to the west offer an unobstructed view of the mountain and the 100 gondolas that reach the cirque du Lys, ski resort of Cauterets. <br><br>The living room mainly includes: a BZ sofa, a coffee table, 1 relaxing armchair, 1 low pine sideboard, a 55 cm television with DVD player, satellite cable, an oval table and 6 chairs, a large pine cabinet, a compact radio-cd device placed on a small table with glass shelves.<br><br>The kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel sink with 1 bowl with mixer tap, a Sauter 3-burner induction hob, 1 electric oven with convection heat, 1 inclined hood, 1 microwave, 1 kettle, 1 dishwasher, 1 large refrigerator with small freezer section, 1 washing machine, 1 toaster, 1 classic electric coffee maker and 1 Nespresso-Krups-coffee maker (bring Nespresso pods or l'Or du café...), 1 pressure cooker, 1 raclette machine and all the kitchen utensils and crockery in sufficient number.<br><br>The bathroom with bathtub and lift-up and foldable shower screen includes a cabinet with 2 drawers and a sink, 2-leaf mirror cabinet offering storage for beauty products. Towel radiator. All equipment is recent.<br><br>The 2 bedrooms each have a 140x190 cm bed for 2 people, (comfortable bedding), mattresses and pillows covered with mattress pads.
