- An open-plan kitchen open to the living room. Fully equipped, you will find everything you need to prepare your meals: hob, fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, electric table plancha, crockery etc.

- A second shower room on the first floor, modern with its large walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine.

- A spacious terrace of 16 m2 where you will enjoy your meals while contemplating the garden of the residence, or to enjoy moments of relaxation in the pleasant outdoor lounge.

For your comfort, the apartment is also equipped with two water tanks (2x300l), connected to the mains water, essential in Saint François to ward off frequent water cuts.
