Ideally located to enjoy the town of Evian in a lush, peaceful setting, the apartment is right next to the golf course, the main luxury hotels, downtown, and the funicular (900 meters from the Evian-les-Bains funicular: direct walking access to the lake, the pier, downtown, and the thermal baths), and the ski resorts.

- The balcony overlooking the lake is perfect for enjoying an evening aperitif in the summer as the sun sets, and the south-facing balcony overlooking the lovely garden is ideal for breakfast in the sunshine.

Check-in:

The beds will be made upon your arrival. For extended stays, we offer to change the linens for a flat fee. Table linens are not provided.

A final cleaning will be performed by a cleaning crew to ensure the apartment is clean and disinfected.

If we are away, you will be greeted by our check-in/check-out service to pick up the keys. If needed, we remain available and ready to assist you throughout your stay.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. To accommodate everyone’s schedules, the key pickup time will be arranged between us.
