The main level of the home is flooded with natural light shaped by cathedral ceilings and grey tone hardwood floors and gorgeous land and water views. Here you'll find a state of the art kitchen, dining and living room, master bedroom and bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern and updated appliances including a gorgeous gas stove and fridge/freezer under counter drawers. There is a Cuisinart coffee maker; automatic drip, holding 14 cups (coffee filters provided), blender, glassware, pots, pans and utensils. The island in the kitchen seats 3. Walk a few steps and you enter the dining area, perfect for enjoying meals and creating memories with family and friends, seating 6. Enjoy the luxury of relaxing on the spacious sectional while being able to look out the window to tranquil views. For a rainy day, spread out and binge your favorite show on the new 65"Samsung High Definition TV with surround sound. Central air conditioning throughout the entire home!

The master bedroom is truly divine as it continues the beautiful shiplap and nautical decor. This includes a queen size bed, two nightstands and a dresser. As you make your way down to the lower level, it is an open floor plan with 2 bunk beds (upper beds are twins, lower beds are queens), and a sleeper sofa (queen size) for extra sleeping space. Two lounge chairs are situated in front of the 48"Samsung mounted TV. Additionally, both main level and lower level full baths have standing shower stalls.

Enjoy the expansive outdoor living space on the top floor wraparound deck and private walkout veranda. Gather the group and enjoy a fresh summer meal at the outdoor table (seating 6). For those early birds, grab your morning coffee and watch the sunrise on either the lounge sofa, oversized lounge chair and ottoman or there are two Adirondack chairs. To add to the luxury and serenity, there's an oversized, fully enclosed, hot and cold water outdoor shower. This is the perfect home for friends and family to gather in a private, relaxed environment of casual elegance.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
