Charming family home in a village surrounded by vineyards

Armissan is a small village ideally located between the sea and the garrigue, it is nestled in the heart of the Clape, 10 minutes from the city center of Narbonne and the beaches, in the heart of a protected nature, it is pleasant to stroll through the colorful and welcoming streets of this picturesque village.
15 minutes from Narbonne, a flowery and lively city, crossed by the Canal de la Robine, surrounded by ponds, lagoons, fragrant pine forests and vineyards as far as the eye can see.
10 minutes away these endless beaches of fine sand, Gruissan, Narbonne beach, Saint Pierre la mer.
A little further in the middle of the vineyards are these small atypical villages where it is so good to walk, Peyriac-de-Mer, Le Somail, Bages.

It is with pleasure that I would put my house at your disposal, it is an old winegrower's house that I completely renovated and decorated in 2015, it is located in the center of the village of Armissan, it is in R+2, with a courtyard at the front of the house where it is good to have an aperitif in the evening and a second courtyard at the back for lunch or dinner in peace.
On the first floor it offers a living space with an open kitchen of 25m2 fully equipped (high table, large dining room table, cooking piano, refrigerator, dishwasher) which is extended by a double living room of 35m2 (large flat screen, fireplace) the latter opens onto a courtyard of 65m2.
