The Space: Welcome to Casa Fuego Suite A, a spacious and comfortable ground floor condo perfect for groups of three to five guests. This two bedroom, one bathroom retreat features a king bed, a queen bed, and a pull out sofa, offering flexible sleeping options for families or friends!

Located just off Spring Street, the condo has its own private entrance with a short set of steps and convenient off street parking. Inside, the layout includes a cozy living area with a Roku TV, a small dining space with bar seating for two, and a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware and appliances. Both bedrooms are on the ground level and include their own Roku TVs for easy streaming.

Guests have exclusive access to the first floor of the building, which is well lit and easy to access!

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
