A charming 18th-century cottage, located near a farm, divided into three gîtes with a shared covered swimming pool (7x7m) open year-round and a relaxation area with sun loungers. The Aramis gîte, adjoining the owner's accommodation, sleeps 10. Ground floor: spacious entrance hall with steps leading to a living/dining room/kitchen (decorative fireplace), a WC, a bedroom (1 king-size bed 180x190cm) (decorative fireplace) with a separate WC and en-suite shower room. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms (one king-size bed 180x190cm) (three with six single beds 90cm that can be joined together), a shower room with WC, a bathroom (bath and shower) with WC connecting two bedrooms, and an office area. Wi-Fi. Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture and a shade sail, as well as a shared garden of approximately 7000m². A shared recreation room is available with a pool table and darts. Access to a laundry room with washing machines and dryers is also available. Gas heating is included. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Turn right again on rue du Bignon. At the roundabout, head towards Mesnard-la-Barotière. Le Châtelier is about 2.5km to the left of the roundabout.
