The Hall - also close by - is an impressive country mansion with gardens, which is open to the public. There are wonderful walking and cycling opportunities close to the village, as well as numerous trails and which incorporate the local woodland and rivers. The Cambrian Mountains and the spectacular Bannau Brycheiniog National Park (Brecon Beacons) are also close by and offer slightly more challenging terrain.
