This gorgeous 4 bedroom penthouse condo is located on the 2 mile marker of the main channel and offers one of the best locations and stellar views at the lake! This condo is a non-smoking, single level, upper floor unit with minimal stairs, offering 5 flat screen TVs, WIFI, along with 2 parking spaces in front of the assigned garage. This unit offers a master bedroom with a king bed, deck access, and a walk in shower with grab bars. Two out of the three other bedrooms include deck access as well and accommodations in the additional bedrooms are a king in the second bedroom, a queen in the third bedroom, and a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. In addition, this unit offers beautiful flooring, unique furniture, and a wet bar. You can`t go wrong with this condo! Sleeps 9 heads in beds with a max occupancy of 12 people, if you would like to bring a couple of air mattresses. The complex offers two outdoor seasonal pools, docks, tennis courts and playground. You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management, Lake of the Ozarks!

Please note: NO boat slip available! The condo is 1 level up from parking. Parking for 2 cars. There is NO trailer or boat parking in the complex. Complimentary parking for additional cars & trailers parking 4 miles away.

Mini family vacation

The overall stay was very nice the property was well stocked and nice..the only problem we had was that the condo needed to be dusted. The ceiling fans plants andre stands were very dusty and the kitchen has and ant problem that we should have been made aware of...other than that the accommodations were very nice..we enjoyed our stay

Great location. Not an accurate listing

We’ve been coming to the lake and staying at rentals through Vrbo for 14 years, and I’m sad to say this was the first time that we were sorely disappointed. We are two families with 7 kids between us. -First and most egregious was the very misleading differentiation between max occupancy and how many beds there are in the unit. The Vrbo listing said “sleeps 12” but when I spoke with someone on Thursday morning they said that was max occupancy. The listing doesn’t specify and we were three beds short. -Second was the very weak air conditioning. From about 10am to after midnight the unit was 80 degrees. We were very uncomfortable. It was a very hot weekend but again we’ve been coming to the lake for years and always around this time and never had this kind of problem -There were many broken appliances and an overall need of maintenance to the unit. The hot water didn’t work in the jack and jill bathroom so we couldn’t use that shower. And the other two showers the hot was cold and the cold was hot. The door of the bathroom in the master was broken. The dryer didn’t dry. The oven door was falling off. The shades in the two masters were missing pieces so it was very bright in the morning. Overall it was not the property for us, both bc of the size and bc of the lack of maintenance to the Property. We reached out three times to the manager by phone and twice by email to settle it and never heard back.

Ann, Thank you for taking time to leave a review and I am sorry you were so disappointed. I did speak to you twice, once before your stay regarding the sleeping arrangements and the night you arrived regarding the Air Conditioner. I explained the number of people that could occupy the condo and specifically told you to call me back if the air conditioner didn't cool down overnight. The day you arrived it was 102°. I never heard back from you so I thought everything was fine. A couple days after you departed you sent an email basically the same as your review and I did respond and offered you a free night next time you come to Lake of the Ozarks. So I did reply to your email. Again, I am sorry you didn't enjoy your experience but I didn't know you were unhappy untill after you left. Sincerely, John Custer Four Seasons Property Management

Needs Improvement

When we first got there the storm door handle fell off in our hand. Advertised as sleeps twelve, only slept 9 had to put kids on the floor. Light globe, return vent and blind panels laying on the floor and not put on. Thought we were going to run out of propane, spare bottle was empty. Couch was filthy when we were looking for another bed, looked under couch cushions and found phone case and lots of trash and crumbs. Patio was filthy chairs all over the place not set up around tables, dirt on the tables. One bathroom had no hot water. No laundry detergent, bought our own. Would of been nice to have plastic wrap or foil on hand.

Good Location but Condo Needs Updated

This was a good location with a nice view of the lake from a screened in porch. Unfortunately, the interior of this condo lacked quality. Carpet in 3rd bedroom needs replaced, most rooms need some small holes patched and walls repainted, the popcorn ceiling in the bathroom of the 2nd bedroom is falling, and the sectional sofa is worn out. A leather recliner sits on a strange unfinished wooden base that can't be moved. A shower liner curtain was torn and then tied up so it wouldn't drag. I could go on but you get the picture. A lot of little things that you notice that can dim an otherwise bright vacation spot. We paid a lot more for this condo than a newer condo we rented last year just around the cove. That was a 5 star condo. I would give this place 3 out of 5 stars. Sorry, but the view can only go so far.

Condo has great layout where everyone has plenty of room.

Condo has great layout where everyone has plenty of room. The deck overlooking the main channel is one of the best I've seen with plenty of seating for everyone. Pool was nice, plenty of room in the parking, and good enough location. John was great to work with, answered all our questions promptly.
