The property has a double bedroom, a bathroom, a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking for one car, and shared use of the riverside grounds. 2 Cark House is well placed for the amenities of Cark, and for heading further afield to Cartmel, Grange-over-Sands and the Lake District National Park.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, selection of DVDs, iPod dock, Nespresso coffee machine.
