Off road parking for one car. ‘Zappi’ electric car charging point for cottage use - (Modest charges applied at end of stay). Shared lawned garden with sitting area, patio and furniture. Small BBQ/fire-pit. Two well-behaved dogs or other pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. There are two convenience stores 2.5 miles from the cottage. Note: there is an art gallery (Tincleton Gallery) and framing studio (Dorchester Framing) on site; the gallery is closed on weekdays
