The Moorings is a stylish, second floor apartment in deganway with sea views, situated on a development across the road from the beach. There is one double bedroom and a bathroom, along with a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with double sofa bed and floor-to-ceiling bi-folding doors opening onto a Juliet balcony. There is a shared lawned garden with furniture to the front of the apartment, along with secure off road parking for one car. In a great base for exploring North Wales, as well as venturing into the Snowdonia National Park, The Moorings is perfect for a couple's getaway.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, Blu-ray, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Secure gated off road parking for 1 car. Shared front lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs, restaurants and coastline 5 mins walk. Note: Property next to the Conwy Valley railway line, some associated noise may be heard. Note: There is a lift to the apartment.
