Located less than 10 minutes from the port and the historic city center of VANNES, 2 steps from shops and amenities, our 143 m² house dating from 2020 will seduce you with its equipment, offering you all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay.


AT YOUR DISPOSAL:

• On the first floor:

- Entrance hall.
- Large and bright living-dining room with fully equipped modern kitchen, large TV lounge with comfortable corner sofa, all overlooking landscaped garden, terrace and swimming pool.
- Fitted pantry (washing machine, dryer, and freezer at your disposal).
- WC.
- Master space/suite with pool view including 1 bedroom with Queen Size bed, a dressing room and a private bathroom.


• Upstairs:

- 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, one of which has an extra 90 cm bed to accommodate an additional person.
- Separate toilet.
- A large bathroom with double sink, bathtub and shower.

Plenty of storage throughout the house.


• Outside:

- Large furnished terrace (sunbeds, garden furniture).
- Heated swimming pool of size 7 x 3.5 meters secured with a bar cover.
- Landscaped and fenced garden.
- At the back of the house, access to the stadium and large green space by gate.
- 3-4 parking spaces available in front of the house.

• Easy passenger access and close to everything:

• PLEASE NOTE

- Weekly rental, from Saturday to Saturday.

- You will be greeted by "SUKY Concierge Service Providers" who will contact you a few days before your arrival.
Arrival time: between 4 pm and 7 pm.

Check-out time: before 10 am.

- NO SMOKING.

- PETS NOT ALLOWED.

- Access to the entire house, except garage and a bedroom upstairs which will remain closed.

- MANDATORY cleaning fee of 160€ to be provided in addition (to be paid on site directly to "SUKY Concierge Service Providers" otherwise this amount will be deducted from the deposit).

- Included in the price:
=> Bed linen (beds not made on arrival).
=> 1 bath towel per person
=> 1 bath mat per bathroom
=> 1 dish towel

- Security deposit: if the rental suffers damage during your stay, an amount of up to €2800 could be due.
