Marina Di Fiori Villa with Ocean View

The villa with a surface area of 175 m² on a 1,200 m² garden with a view of the Gulf of Porto Vecchio will accommodate a maximum of 12 people and is ideally located in the Marina di Fiori estate, 50 meters from the Sporting (private club with access included) including a semi-Olympic swimming pool (open from May to September), a pool for toddlers, 5 tennis courts, 2 ping pong tables, 5 petanque courts and its restaurant.

In the extension of Sporting, you will find the beach of Marina di Fiori as well as the private marina offering boats for rent.

The villa is composed of:
- a living room with sofa, television, stereo, TV box and internet connection opening onto the two terraces;
- a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hob, extractor hood, coffee maker (filter and Nespresso), kettle, toaster, citrus juicer, food processor, blender and ice maker;
- five bedrooms, three of which are independent, all air-conditioned. Four bathrooms with toilets, plus a separate toilet.

The two large terraces facing differently will allow you to enjoy the sun or shade at any time of the day. Large enclosed patio, barbecue and garden furniture.

A cleaning fee will be charged in addition to the price of the nights for an amount of €290.
You can bring your own sheets, towels, bathroom mats and dish towels (description of the beds sent at the time of booking).
Otherwise, they can be provided to you on arrival for an amount of 22 euros including VAT per person (amount to be paid directly to the concierge).
Beach towels are not provided.
