Villa du Macchione is a detached, fully furnished villa located in the hills above Bastia, featuring 2 bedrooms, set on a private, fenced-in lot in a completely peaceful setting with a beautiful ocean view.

Just 5 minutes from downtown and the southern neighborhoods, you’ll have all the amenities you need nearby (bakery, grocery store, tobacco shop, post office, bank, pharmacy, hospital, public transportation).

The villa is situated on private, secure, enclosed grounds with no neighboring buildings in sight.
We guarantee you a truly peaceful stay so you can make the most of your vacation.
Access to the property, located about 100 meters above sea level, is via a private road with steep inclines and hairpin turns. This access can be challenging for long vehicles and/or those towing trailers. For your comfort, we recommend using a standard passenger car, which is ideal for exploring the city center, Cap Corse, and the island in general. Electric vehicle charging is not available on-site.

The city is served by public transportation (free shuttle, city buses, train), but we strongly recommend having a car.
The City of Bastia offers a bike route on protected paths for exploring the city.

We are ideally located for visiting Cap Corse, which begins just 10 minutes away.
The Wine Route and the vineyards of Patrimonio are 15 minutes away.
Saint Florent and its white-sand beaches, accessible by boat or 4x4, are 20 minutes away.
