LUXURY OCEANFRONT condominium on the SECOND floor (Unit #212) is 30 feet from the ocean at the CENTER of Royal Mauian Resort allowing you to enjoy the 180 degree panoramic UNOBSTRUCTED CENTRE ocean view of the Pacific Ocean. A few steps from the Royal Mauian complex are two beautiful white sand beaches, Kamaole Beach Parks I and II. The condo is located within easy walking distance to both life-guarded beaches and to many restaurants and shops. Guests can also enjoy snorkeling right out front of the Royal Mauian Resort.

Royal Mauian 212 was purchased by the Gaertner family in 2008, and we’ve spared no expense to make our guests feel comfortable and pampered. You’re sure to enjoy the keyless entry, zoned A/C, granite counter tops, travertine and bamboo flooring, urban Hawaiian décor and fully equipped kitchen. RM 212 boasts 2 completely renovated bathrooms which include NEW quartz counter tops, sapele wood vanities, porcelain/glass tiled showers, new toilets and sinks, and for your comfort, travertine inset towel bars for lots of room to hang wet towels. The private lanai is a great place to catch the resident turtles feeding in the mornings, watch the whales (winter months) and enjoy the warm Hawaiian breezes. The Royal Mauian complex has a heated ocean front fresh water pool, and chaise lounge chairs for our guests to enjoy. The rooftop patio featuring gas BBQ's and full kitchen facilities is a great place to take in the beautiful Maui sunsets. Make sure to bring your camera to dinner! You are sure to enjoy the luxury of this condo with it's updated décor, many amenities and superb location in sunny Kihei, HI.

Every room in Royal Mauian 212 was freshly painted January 2022.

PLEASE CHECK AVAILABILITY CALENDAR and email to book your vacation in our beautiful ocean front condo. We update the calendar regularly to keep it as accurate as possible. The Royal Mauian is zoned as Hotel/Resort not an apartment which means it’s not a part of the Minatoya list that Bill 9 phases out. Royal Mauian 212 can continue offering short term vacation rentals under current county rules.

5 night minimum stay as per condo bylaws not including holidays. 10 day minimum stay during the Christmas season.

A/C units in ALL bedrooms and Living/Dining/Kitchen area.

* We do not provide boogie boards, umbrellas or snorkel gear, however there are rental shops right across the street from the Royal Mauian for snorkelers. Many times guests leave umbrellas for the next guest to enjoy.

As perfect as the pictures! Unit immaculate. Owner and management very quick to assist with questions. Perfect location walking distance to restaurants and shops. And between two beaches. Highly recommend. We would definitely return.

We had a marvelous time in Maui, and this condo made it perfect. We loved this place. It was so close to the water, we could hear the snorkelers talking amongst each other. We saw whales, dolphins, turtles and amazing sunsets from the lanai. The master bedroom has amazing views too, and at night we left the window open, and listened to the waves. The beach was just a quick walk next door, and a nice grocery store just across the street. The condo had all the amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, blender, small crockpot, and plates/silverware/cups. We had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place, we hope to be back again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Location is perfect in our opinion. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The view from the lanai was fantastic. The beach was just steps away and It’s close to many food options. Communication was great as well.

Perfectly located condo at the southern end of Kihei between two beautiful beaches, within walking distance of many amenities, and an easy drive to anywhere on Maui. Had an amazing time! My family and I thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Condo was perfect for our family of four (two boys 5&9). Kitchen is stocked better than my own . A/C and laundry made for a comfortable stay. We loved walking the condo’s beach chairs and umbrella to the beach so close to the property. Loads of great restaurants right across the street. Visited the Cinnamon Roll Place and Cafe O’Lei multiple times. Location can’t be beat. Condo very clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you could want. Laura is a super host and communicated proactively. One note is the beds are very soft, which is preferable for some. We like firm mattresses, so had back pain. Just something to know when booking.

We had a great stay in this condo, it was conveniently located on the 2nd facing the ocean. The checkin process was super easy, the response time to questions was very prompt and overall had a great experience! We would definitely stay there again!

Great location and great view, just like the web site. Two nice beachs a short walk. But we had some issues: the microwave needed repairs it was usable, but made lound concerning sounds.(part order from mainland) The dryer warning lite for blocked vent was on making drying things very slow. (a known problem) The big issue was the air condition in the master bedroom not staying on. Took calls and days (with hot nights) to get it fixed. Also a known problem.

Wonderful unit in the best location near shopping and many food options, with awesome snorkeling right in front (turtles every day!), beautifully updated and appointed. The beds are very comfortable and we enjoyed every minute. Highly recommended!

Fantastic unit.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were super comfortable. And the shower had great water pressure. We loved the keypad entry so we weren’t have to keep track of a key or card. There were some beach chairs and an umbrella along with 5 beach towels. The views were outstanding and super close to the beach, less than a 5 minute walk. Great location. In walking distance to many shops. The owner is wonderful and we had amazing communication. I highly recommend this rental.We hope to come back again for a longer stay.

We are the Gaertner family. Paul works as an Emergency Room Physician and Laura is a property manager. We are parents to our married daughter Gabrielle and SIL Ken, and adult son, Samuel - and grandparents to our granddaughter Alaina. We have a fur baby westie named Bentley and we live in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. We bought RM 212 back in 2008 and have NEVER regretted purchasing in what we believe to be THE BEST condo complex in Maui. When someone says the view doesn't matter, they've never had one! Ocean for as far as the eye can see is something we've come to absolutely adore!

We LOVE the island of Maui! We have vacationed on Maui, Oahu, Kauai and the Big Island of Hawaii, and we found Maui fit our family the best. We enjoy the relaxed island lifestyle as well as the shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities Maui has to offer. Our favorite part of Maui is Kihei. We love that Kihei is warm, dry and sunny as opposed to the rainier north side of Maui. This is why we chose to purchase a property in Kihei and we believe the Royal Mauian is located in the best possible place to enjoy Maui to its fullest. Beautiful Wailea/Makena is a quick drive away to world class shopping and restaurants. It's close enough to Kahului for Costco and Target and to Lahaina/Ka'anapali for a change of scenery to experience Front Street or Whaler's Village. We also love to day trip over to Kapulua, Napili for brunch at the Plantations Golf Course and to check out the beaches such as DT Fleming Beach. or Napili Bay. Kihei, in our opinion, is the PERFECT spot to enjoy all of Maui.

We love Royal Mauian 212 b/c of the full ocean view from it's central location in the building, it's short walking distance to two great beaches, Kamaole I and II (great for kids), and close to shopping and restaurants. Our family favorite is Fred's Mexican and the ABC Store right across the road!! We've done our best to make Royal Mauian #212 luxurious and comfortable.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Royal Mauian 212 has been fully renovated. In January 2022 the entire condo was freshly painted. You will enjoy keyless entry, zoned AC (units in all bedrooms and living/dining area), as well as the up to date kitchen and bathrooms. We have gone to great lengths to try and think of everything our guests could need while staying in our condo. We placed TV's in the living room and both bedrooms (YouTube, Netflix, etc.). In January 2022 we installed new high speed internet for our guests to enjoy fast downloading etc. We keep the condo maintained and the bedding clean and fresh. Both bathrooms are fully renovated and up to date. The roof top BBQ area and patio is also fantastic and the view is so spectacular it's hard to put it into words. You'll just have to go and experience it for yourself!

We love that from the Royal Mauian one can walk to the beach, swim and snorkel right out front of the building or just laze on a lounge chair on the ocean's edge. The heated ocean front pool is also very convenient if one would like a break from the salt and sand of the ocean/beach. If you don't enjoy snorkeling or water sports, you can still enjoy watching the turtles and the whales (Nov-May) as you sit on the 100 square foot lanai with your morning cup of coffee. The lanai faces west so is shaded during most of the day but from the lanai, one can enjoy the spectacular Maui sunset every evening.

Within minutes of the condo are great restaurants - Mexican, Thai, and American cuisine amongst many others. And who can forget SHAVE ICE shop or Cinnamon Roll Place right across the street! Or if you decide to eat in, there are grocery stores close by to purchase everything you need for quick lunches or to prepare dinner cooked in the gourmet kitchen or up on the roof top BBQ and patio area. It makes for a relaxing vacation amidst all the amenities that make this luxury condo and location a great place to come year after year. http://www.royalmauian.org
