Ideal and appreciated location for a pleasant stay with or without a car in all seasons. Quiet popular area close to the center of Cape Town: at the foot of Mont St Martin, 5-10 minutes walk from the Ile des Loisirs and Aqualand. Close to shops open all year round and the large sandy beach Richelieu. Very SPACIOUS T2 of 32m² which will allow you not to feel cramped. Secure residence; private parking space. Pedestrian quay towards the lively port center.

The accommodation
T2 perfectly suitable for 4 people (32m²). Residence Le Génois, access by badge/code. 2nd floor without elevator (with intermediate landings). 1 parking space.

Small corridor which leads to the rooms with cupboard-wardrobe.

Comfort of a separate spacious bedroom with pleasant and unobstructed view on the west side, double bed 140x190. Additional sleeping: sofa bed sofa bed in the large main room 140x190. Bed linen and household linen not provided (paid option subject to availability). Pillows and 1 light blanket per bed available.

Living room with large bay window and pleasant unobstructed view without vis-à-vis, east side; bright dining area in front of this window. TV.

Kitchen area: microwave oven, mini-oven, vitro hob, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine (clothes drying rack available), basic equipment for cooking and baking. No food or non-food products are provided (safety of allergy sufferers, hygiene) except fine salt and pepper.

Bathroom area: sink, shower and toilet (ventilation and light window) with hairdryer available. Toilet paper for arrival.

Additional equipment:
2 portable fans available. Cleaning equipment: vacuum cleaner, broom, bucket and Spanish broom, basin (products not provided). Ironing board and iron. Electric heating if necessary (3: bedroom, living room, shower room). Roller shutters in all main rooms. Electric water heater.

Paid options subject to availability to be booked before arrival: final cleaning, travel cot, high chair, bed linen, towels.

A minimum duration varies depending on the period may be required. Variable rates: for example, August is + expensive than July, end of July is + expensive than beginning of July. Arrivals possible every day when the rental is available.

Accommodation verified and compliant with the 1 star 2025 classification carried out by Gîtes de France. Apartment managed and verified between each tenant by its owners who have 20 years of experience in the tourist field and who therefore know how to apply the health and safety rules in force (hence the absence of products and linen available).
We will be personally present on your arrival to welcome you and give you the keys, as well as at the end of your stay - At your disposal during the stay if necessary by phone / text (we live in the area and often pass by the residence) or before for any optional service (final cleaning, linen, cot and baby chair).

Nearby entertainment: Aqualand (400m); Ile des Loisirs / LunaPark / DinoPark / inflatable structure park on the water (500m); ball game in City Park (150m); petanque (150m and 500m); golf (200m); casino and convention centre (600m); tennis/padel, bullring (toro swimming pool), beach and water activities (800m). Something to satisfy the whole family! Children and teenagers, who will love the proximity of many aquatic or terrestrial leisure activities! Adults too for the same reasons, with the addition of pleasant walks along the quays or beaches, on Mont St-Martin or Mont St-Loup (panorama) or on the esplanade of the brand new modern district of the convention center / casino. All without the need to travel by car...
