Our pretty Maisonette, is ideally located in a cul-de-sac in Talmont Saint Hilaire nearby. It is perfectly equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and offer you an unforgettable holiday. It is a 5-minute walk from the shops (Super U, Bakery, pharmacy..), the local market (2 times a week) and a 10-minute drive from the port, the Veillon beach, as well as a lake for beautiful walks. It offers an ideal setting to enjoy all the local amenities and attractions.

👩 🦰 We will be delighted to welcome you personally and offer you a warm and memorable experience. The traditionally built house offers a pleasant coolness even in hot weather. You have the possibility to park two vehicles on the grounds. In addition, it is equipped with a wifi connection and the SFR TV included in the price.

🛏️ The maisonette has a 10m2 bedroom with a 1.60m bed and a living room with a 90/180cm sofa bed. Duvets and pillows provided. The mattresses are of high quality

🏖️The terrace, not overlooked, is equipped with a pergola, garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. The 150m2 garden is enclosed

👨 🍳 The kitchen (living room/kitchen) is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Are provided: sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets

📺 The living area has a TV, a sofa bed, a tide clock to know if it's low or high tide before going to the beach
