Winter Special! 1330 NE Ford Street

1330 NE Ford is an elegant, single story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home, on a 1/3 acre. The house is located blocks from the Historic downtown area of McMinnville.

We would be honored to have you stay in our beautiful home and we want to take a moment to let you know what we're doing to make your stay safe, relaxed and enjoyable.
The house is cleaned and sanitized after each tenants stay. Our cleaning service follows the guidelines provided by the CDC and takes extra steps to ensure your health and safety. We also provide hand sanitizer in the main areas of the home for you to use.

We have tried to create a relaxed environment, a comfortable vacation home to accommodate families, the outdoor enthusiasts, as well as small groups looking to get away and indulge in Oregon's wine, beer, and farmer-foodie culture. 1330 Ford is just minutes to several wineries, local tasting rooms, great restaurants and Public Market on Saturdays. Also nearby is McMinnville High School, the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum and Linfield College. You can be in Portland or drive to the Oregon coastline in less than an hour.

The home features mid-century modern decor, gorgeous hardwood floors, and large windows offering beautiful views of the yard from every room. The bedrooms are large and offer privacy for couples and friends traveling together. Each bedroom is well appointed with new beds, cozy fresh linens, and televisions. The large fully equipped kitchen with center island is great for cooking or just hanging out and visiting. It has a wood burning fireplace which adds to the charm - great for roasting marshmallows or warming up a chilly Oregon morning.

The fenced backyard features some of Oregon's favorites - maple, walnut, and apple trees and you can even enjoy fresh raspberries and blueberries when they are in season.

For your entertainment, this home features wi-fi, cable, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

We are very excited to share this home with you and truly hope you enjoy your stay.

Spacious and Comfortable

We loved the quiet neighborhood that was close to McMinnville attractions and local wineries The house is well taken care of, clean and very spacious. Our only regret is that we were not able to stay longer

Beautiful rental!

My sisters and nieces were in town, we went winetasting at the wineries, which are about 10 miles away. Then we were able to walk to dinner in town. Beautiful house and excellent location! Highly recommend!

A beautiful house in McMinnville Or

This is a perfect house for 2 or 6. It is well appointed with everything you need, lots of spaces to hang out alone or in a group, lots of windows and a very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to all the activities the area has to offer and wonderful restaurants nearby.

Great home for gathering with family and friends

Great house with plenty of communal space - lovely outdoor patio too. Room for everyone to hang out and play games, watch tv or just talk and enjoy wine. Perfect for walking downtown for dinner and for touring wine country.

Spacious home away from home

Came to town to enjoy a Pinot Noir event and needed a spacious house for our family. The kitchen was well appointed. We loved the multiple living spaces and post modern decor. Same style in our own VRBO rental in California. Would certainly consider coming back.

Central location.

The house is nicely updated. The yard is nice and location central to McMinnville. The beds are quite small, no kings and some doubles/full so just be aware of that, other than the bed size I'd recommend this property.

Exceptional • sparkling clean • spacious • beautiful

This property is absolutely stunning. We were in town for a wedding and it was a rainy weekend so we spent quite a bit of time inside. This place is incredibly well equipped and adorned with lovely furniture and decor. Check in was a breeze, the home was super clean and we loved every moment of our time there. Highly recommend!

Wonderful house, fantastic communication

This is a beautiful house that has been meticulously updated. Located on a quiet street not far from the downtown restaurants and tasting rooms, it was an exceptionally comfortable place to call our home base while in Willamette Valley. Communication with the owners was pleasant and timely. Will stay here again the next time we are in the area. Thanks for making our getaway special!

Wonderful!

We have been renting through VRBO for many years and this lovely house is one of the best properties we have stayed in. The house is spacious, spotless and well equipped and, best of all, conveniently located in lovely McMinnville and the Willamette Valley. We came this time for the wineries and the Pinot Noir but will return soon for the fishing. We plan to make regular trips to McMinnville and to this house.

Family Weekend

We fully enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home! Very spacious, cozy beds and we even used the fireplace in the kitchen (one of my favorite moments). With our son at Linfield this house made a great place to call home for the weekend. I rated our overall experience a 5 star and just a couple items to note for our next visit :) The guest room doors and guest bathroom door need a little attention (they squeak) & adding mirrors to the middle guest room and one more in the bathroom would be helpful for getting ready in the morning. These suggestions would just make a great stay even better. Hope to come back and book this house for the next 3 years while our son attends Linfield. Thank you so much!

Walking distance to Downtown McMinnville

Great house with plenty of space! Large dining room, TV room with space to seat 5 or 6, separate den area to chill and read a book, large kitchen with island to sit around, prepare food. Also a little table off the kitchen to work and next to that an actual work space area. Lots of plug in spots to recharge, cut balcony and the apple trees! So yummy, don't be afraid to eat the apples! We bought a jar of locally made peanut butter and that was delicious with apples! If there on a Thursday during the right season, the Farmer's Market is a MUST! No need to do a shop out of the town area, there is also a little market in town to get your eggs, yogurt and any other little necessities. I travel quite a bit, I cannot remember a trip like this where the food at EVERY restaurant or cafe was so fresh and delicious! I would have NEVER thought. Oh, back to the house! Great driveway space, you can park in garage if needed. Grill was a nice bonus, although we did not need to use it. Tons of pans, baking dishes, cookie trays, dishes, coffee cups, great coffee maker, electric hot water maker for tea and spices to use!

Great McMinnville Property

At first glance it looks like just another house in the community, however when looking closer you see how meticulous the owners are about their property. The grounds outside are well kept and the patio and yard are beautiful. Again, inside at first glance it’s just another house. When looking closely you realize how nicely the furniture fits with each space. Location is another plus as we were centrally located within 15 minutes of all the wineries we wanted to visit and a 2 minute drive to downtown McMinnville and some nice restaurants. Definitely would rent again if the opportunity presents itself.
