Except maybe the cicadas...<br> Comfortable cottage for 3 holidaymakers recently reconditioned, set up in the old family wine farmhouse built in 1856 in the middle of its land, in a landscape of vineyards and pine forests. <br>On the 1st floor a large terrace offering an unobstructed view of the Cévennes and Mont Lozère.<br>The Mas is home to three comfortable independent and self-contained cottages on the site<br>Outside: <br>- Served from the parking space by its private outdoor staircase.<br>- Shared laundry room, outdoor laundry drying <br>- On the furnished terrace, dining area with gas barbecue and nap area equipped with parasols<br>Inside: <br>- Living room with direct access to the terrace including the living room, the open kitchen, the dining area, the fireplace with insert.<br>- Master bedroom with double bed<br>- Single room with 1-person bed <br>- Bathroom with shower and toilet<br>- Electric heating, free Wi-Fi<br><br>Very close to all the tourist and cultural activity centers of the region:<br>Roman sites (Nîmes, Arles, Pont du Gard, Orange...) and historical sites (Aigues Mortes, Uzès, Avignon, ...), the Camargue with its fauna, its white horses and wild bulls, the Mediterranean Sea and its coastline of beaches, the Cévennes of chestnut trees.<br>Everything is to be discovered<br>Summer besides idleness: <br>- Walks in the Cévennes and the Camargue, days at the beach of Grau du Roi in Sète, swimming in rivers<br>- Local traditions: markets, the many wine cellars, Camargue festivals, gastronomy without forgetting the "aperitif" and petanque balls.<br>In spring and autumn new pleasures: Hiking, mountain biking, cycle touring, mushroom picking, discovering restaurants.<br><br>To do the supply shopping: 2 localities QUISSAC at 6km and SOMMIERES at 12km equipped with commercial areas, local shops and markets where you can find fresh products from producers.<br><br>- Contact the owner for weekend rental and extra night and rental of sheets (10€/pers...) and/or towels (10€/pers.).
