It features a fully equipped and functional kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, gas stove, electric oven, microwave); a comfortable living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) with sleeping space for 2 adults; another bedroom (sleeping space for 2 children or adults, together or separately) (+ a small fold-out bed); and a large bathroom with natural light from a window (including a washing machine). The toilet is separate.
Additionally, there is a terrace sheltered by a tiled roof that can be lit if necessary.

A bike path and walking trail run alongside this rental.
