La Brigantine is a 60 m² flat that can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, comprising a living area with a seating area, a fully fitted kitchen, a dining table, 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Enclosed terrace with a dining area. Private parking space. Bed linen available at an extra charge. Wi-Fi included – we’re just waiting for you!

The flat:

A staircase leads down to the living area, which features:
- A large fitted kitchen: dishwasher, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, 2 coffee makers (filter and a Senseo), extractor hood, microwave, various dishes…
- A sitting area: TV with digital terrestrial channels, children’s books, novels, board games (Scrabble, Yams, card games)
- Enclosed south-facing terrace with an extendable table and a clothes horse

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: south-facing, featuring a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a wardrobe. Access to the enclosed terrace.
- Bedroom 2: Sofa that converts into a double bed (140 x 190 cm) with a proper 20 cm-thick mattress. Loft bed with two children’s sleeping spaces, accessed via a telescopic ladder (two genuine made-to-measure mattresses, 1.50 m x 1 m, placed end to end)
- Bathroom with a window, fitted with a bath, washing machine and cupboards
- Separate toilet

Outdoors:
- Shared outdoor swimming pool measuring 15 m x 7 m, depth 135–250 cm, with a paddling pool. The pool is open from 15 May to 15 September, with lifeguard supervision in July and August.
- Private parking space included with the flat

- Right outside the residence: Tourist Office, bus stop, cash machine, Vival grocery shop (selling bread and pastries) open 7 days a week from 7.30 am.
- Direct access to the harbour promenade with a variety of restaurants, snack bars, ice-cream parlours, shops, etc.
- Beaches: ‘Du Grazel’ sandy beach 1 km away and ‘Plage des Chalets’ 5 km away
