Sleeps four with 1 queen bed and a queen pullout couch. Desk and high speed Internet for anyone who needs to keep hustling while they travel. Pack N Play available upon request. 

Area and building are super safe both day and night with key-fob access. 

**BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS: Our lofts are located above a shared office (coworking) space in downtown Effingham, ask us about an office pass when you stay with us! Parking lot located in the back just steps from the door.

Very walkable downtown loaded with shops, eats, and good times! Most transportation in Effingham is done via walking or driving, but very driver and walker friendly! This is an old building with no elevator so make sure you're comfortable and able to take the stairs to the second floor.
