These suites are the ideal space for a large group of friends or large family who all want their own space while staying under one roof together! Located in downtown Newport, just a stone's throw from the wharf, these suites are the perfect way to experience Newport. Restaurants, shops, and the wharf are just a short walk down the street. And check out the view of Cardines Field! If you are visiting in summer, you are sure to catch a Newport Gulls game from the two decks. With this rental you get three floors of space including 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 kitchens, three living spaces, and 2 outdoor decks. There is also a great lounge area! The suites accommodate up to 10 guests.
This property is located in the business district of downtown Newport, and therefore a legal and permitted short term rental property!
The ground floor of this property is a lounge complete with large screen TV's, pool table, seating, tables, and an incredible outdoor patio in the outfield of Cardines Field! This space is NOT included with your rental, but please inquire about renting it out for an additional fee!

10 year wedding anniversary trip

We wanted to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary with friends and family and The Clubhouse was the perfect place to accommodate us and our needs! Our children are huge baseball fans and it was an ideal location for not only the adults but the kids as well.

Newport at its BEST

We were in town for a wedding at Castle Hill. Perfect place to stay right in town. Parking is tricky, best of luck finding a spot on the street - I was LUCKY! Terrific set up to have both units 5 bedrooms - two living rooms - 2 kitchens - 2 decks! The owner responds immediately to any questions or concerns. Have a great time!

Family Vacation

This is a great house for a large group. We had 4 children and 6 adults. The location was terrific. An easy walk right into town. Communication was great. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay at the Clubhouse!

The Clubhouse was fantastic. The location was perfect for access to downtown/water/wharf and it had plenty of space and bathrooms for our group. Teresa was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

Amazing space for our bridal party

I got married this past weekend at Castle Hill and my now wife and I booked the space for our bridal party to stay during the whole wedding weekend and for me to stay with them the night before the wedding. It was a great location downtown close to Thames and Broadway and the rooms were a good size with nice common areas, kitchens and living rooms. The space was also really unique with balconies overlooking the Gulls stadium and everyone thought it was a very cool location. We were also able to rent out the clubhouse for several hours on the morning of the wedding for the groomsmen and I to use as a getting ready and hangout space ahead of photos and the wedding. It was the perfect spot for all of us!

Spacious Condo with Fun Location

Our friends and family loved being able to watch a couple baseball games from our balconies. We also liked that we were able to spread out but also have a common space for us to hang out. We walked almost everywhere and when we didn’t walk, was easy to get an Uber. Teresa was a great host!!

If you like baseball, this is the place to stay. Even if you don’t, the location is great with shops, restaurants and the water nearby. We loved our stay!

Weekend Wonder

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The accommodations were perfect for our family to be together for a Newport wedding. Everything was clean and as described. Teresa was always available and prompt to answer any questions we had - she was genuinely committed to be sure we had everything we needed. We also rented the venue downstairs to host a rehearsal dinner and a family dinner. All of the guests loved the unique setting, a very special place indeed!! I would highly recommend staying at the Clubhouse apartments as well as holding a special occasion event in the Clubhouse venue.

Couldn’t have been a better location

We were in town for a family wedding, and a full week of events. Most guests were staying at the Marriott (1/2 block away). We chose to stay here because of its walking proximately to everything. The house, owners, location, cleanliness, were literally perfect. We plan on coming back and staying again. It was clean, bright, spacious - and we even enjoyed watching a few baseball games off the back deck. Thank you to the owners (and VRBO) for providing a seamless, worry-free, ideal getaway.

Wonderful stay for wedding week!

We booked this VRBO for our family for a wedding at Fort Adams, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. The location couldn't have been more perfect – within walking distance to the center of town, restaurants, shops, and historic sites. The unit itself was exactly as advertised – well-appointed and comfortable, providing us with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It was evident that the hosts put effort into making their guests feel at home. Communication with the hosts was smooth, and they were accommodating to our needs. We appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again if we find ourselves back in the area. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Newport!

Perfect Location & Beautifully Unique Property

Wow wow wow. This is a 1 in million kind of place. So spacious well decorated and stocked. Comfortable mattresses and furniture. Great for our large family that can in town for a wedding. It was cool because during our stay we were able to watch the baseball game on our balcony. A playground right behind us for the kids. Across the streets from the shops and Sephora. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Only stree parking available but we always found availability in front of the house. We also didn’t drive a lot since everything was walkable. This property only has 5 beds. No futons sofa beds in the living room. My only recommendation for the property is it’s needs mirrors. Full body mirror so when people get ready it’s not only the bathroom mirror. I loved the stay so much and would love to stay again.

We had a great time, perfect location central to great restaurants & shopping! Only thing that could have made it better would have been a baseball game played while we were there and the rain, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the house and Newport!

Great Location, Great Space!

The Clubhouse is a great place to stay with a group of friends. You will have plenty of space to spread out, and the added advantage of watching baseball on the decks. I would definitely recommend!

We lived in New York our entire lives, but we fell in love with Newport the first time we visited and knew very quickly that this was where we wanted to build our future. Our attachment to Newport goes back for years. We got engaged under the stars at Castle Hill, and we recently moved to Portsmouth to raise our family on this beautiful island. We purchased our first Newport house in the summer of 2014 and quickly started renovations on what was once a dairy barn. When designing our properties we take into consideration all of the needs of a large family, young and old, vacationing under one roof together! We hope you love our homes as much as we do.
