This 2,200 sq ft 4 bedroom 4 bath beautiful home, boasts 3 King Master Suites with en-suite bathrooms, and a bunkroom with 2 full and 2 twin beds, accommodating a total of 12. Warm and inviting open floor plan, tall ceilings, and a gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops. Large covered deck with plenty of patio seating to relax, soak in the hot tub, smores by the firepit, or grill out.

Our group of 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 3-13 had an absolutely wonderful time. We fished, swam, played, enjoyed the tv from the hot tub and everything about the location!

The resort was very nice. The lodge is very spacious. During our stay we had some issues with ants and water pressure. The maintenance staff was timely and helpful. We ultimately enjoyed our stay and will return hopefully very soon for the Christmas holidays.

Wonderful place to stay! Great for families with on-suites or access to a bathroom for each bedroom. It is off the beaten path, so the roads are a little in need of maintenance, but worth the adventure!

We had a blast! Perfect house and location for our family!! Wish the lodge had been more happening! We did guided fly fishing with Beaver Bend Fly Shop and We had spa day at Flawless Spa. We gambled and shopped and Hiked. All was amazing!!

Wonderful Property-

Overall the house was exceptional. It was spotless, comfortable and everyone enjoyed our short stay. The only negative was the location and difficulty navigating the hills and unpaved roads that lead to the property.

Great experience

Nice little cabin tucked in the woods. 4 very nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Fully stocked with everything that was needed to cook. Highly recommend staying here. The drive in is a little rough. But worth it

Relaxing getaway

We were impressed with the layout and amenities at this property. Love the large usable island in the kitchen. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful deck. Felt like we were all alone in a tree house. Saw deer twice in the back yard. We hated leaving.

Nice clean cabin

The cabin is clean and nice with a few small issues that we found when we checked in. We reported them to the management team. This particular cabin’s parking is on a slope and limited. I wish the parking space was flat. It is close to Beavers bend state park. Very convenient location.

We were there when the tornado hit Isabel and we lost water and electricity. We had to check out but they gave us another weekend at no charge! They didn’t have to do that but I greatly appreciate it.

We really loved Serengeti. The property is beautiful. I will.say if going in after sundown ans you aren't familiar with the roads, the entrance to this resort ia pretty rough. Our only negative was the water kept stopping and starting during showers and when we were doing dishes. But the cabin is spacious and the beds are truly comfortable. If you plan to cook while there, bring your own knives. (This is true of EVERY cabin I have ever stayed in though, haha.) But thank you for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful home.

Disappointed

This was actually my first time staying at the Serengeti home at Pine Lake. I've stayed at a different home on the property before, but not this one. We booked this cabin to celebrate my birthday, so I was really looking forward to a relaxing weekend. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite stressful instead. The house itself is gorgeous, no complaints there. But the condition it was in when we arrived was rough. The mattress cover in the master bedroom had pumpkin seeds in it, and the sheets throughout the rest of the house just didn't look clean either, so we ended up washing every single sheet and mattress cover ourselves. We also didn't have enough towels. There are 4 bathrooms in the home, and we were only given 4 washcloths for 5 guests who checked in the first night, with 4 more guests arriving the next day. The towels we did have were still wet, some with what looked like mold on them, and some of the washcloths in the master bathroom drawer had long straight black hair on them too. On top of that, we ran into a bunch of maintenance problems the whole time we were there. We had no water pressure Thursday evening, so we couldn't even wash dishes after dinner. We later found out this was because the well was low, which was also why the washing machine wouldn't drain properly. The water pressure issue was resolved by Friday morning. The dryer needed several cycles just to dry a small load. There were ants coming out near the stove. Blinds were missing in one of the bedrooms. The shower in the master bathroom backed up while we were showering. There was long straight black hair on the bathroom floor that wasn't ours. Then Saturday night the oven died in the middle of cooking dinner, so we couldn't bake the potatoes or the Brussels sprouts we'd already prepped. We ended up wasting both food and money without a fully working kitchen. By checkout Sunday, the dishwasher wasn't working either. Housekeeping did step up and refunded our cleaning fee, which I appreciated. But the front office response wasn't great. Someone dropped off a few towels and some chocolates the next day, which didn't really address anything. When I called, they told me I had already been given 5% back. I've yet to actually receive that, but honestly I think we deserve so much more than that. It was disappointing, and it didn't feel like they took accountability for everything we went through. I'm only writing this review now after calling management multiple times asking for a callback with a resolution. Each time, I'm told someone will call me back, but no one ever has. I want to be clear I was never rude on any of those calls, just trying to get someone to follow up. Serengeti could be a really great property, it just needs some real attention before it's booked out again. I'd hold off renting it until management gets these issues sorted.

Great Fathers Day Weekend

The cabin worked perfect for our group of 12. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to entertain. The cabin was clean and everything was in good working order. Would definitely recommend.

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Serengeti Lodge! Such a beautiful property and great location! The cabin is very well stocked with all the basics, there is a keurig as well as a regular coffee maker, ice maker in freezer, tons of cabinet space and everything you need for your stay! We will definitely be visiting again!
