We had a wonderful vacation! The place you stay can make or break a good vacation. This place was very clean, the decor was perfect for the beach and we had everything we needed.The booking, paying, check-in and checkout instructions were great. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Condo was very clean and everything from the furniture to kitchen utensils were thoughtfully placed to optimize functionality. Beautiful condo. Pics online don’t do it justice. Carpeting has been replaced with new flooring and furniture also is updated. Refrigerator and master bath sink was also updated and gorgeous. Balcony was spacious and had a cart, umbrella, and 3 chairs to use at the beach. The master bed was a bit uncomfortable (stiff), but that’s probably a personal preference. The condo building itself is not too large which made our beach experience better since it was never over-crowded. Parking garage was a bit tight but we managed. It was a comfortable stay for a family of 5. I would recommend this place to others!

Glad Palazzo 1604 was very clean and that the thoughtful furnishings, updated flooring, refrigerator, and master bath sink stood out — the photos don’t do it justice. Happy the spacious balcony and beach gear were useful, and that the smaller building helped keep the beach from feeling crowded. Appreciate the note about the firmer master bed and the tight parking; glad it was still a comfortable stay for your family of five. Thank you for recommending us — we’d love to welcome you back. This is a great place to stay. Right on the beach. It have a great view of the ocean. The pool is great it is haft under cover so you can be in the pool and get out of the sun. Would stay here again.

Great stay

Had a wonderful stay...come to PCB twice a year and this place was great especially due to know one bothered us the entire trip only seen 1 staff member the entire trip.

Wonderfully relaxing

This was a lovely property with a great balcony and view. Plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance. Good, safe parking...we will be back!

This place is AWEsome!

This place is perfect for my family! It’s very homie and we love the vibe. Very accessible to everything. The beach, restaurants, and other places to visit in Panama City. It’s also clean and the check in and check out process is very smooth. We love this place.

Our stay was amazing! The condo was clean, full equipped with just about anything you could need, and not to mention the breath taking views from the balcony! We will most definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful!

Condo was clean & nicely decorated. We had a great time! Even got a text before 4,letting us know condo was ready,so very good communication.

Palazzo

The room was great! Perfect size for our time there. Close to groceries and supplies. The only inconvenience was the parking garage. One way in and out. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the comfortable furnishings and easy access to the beach!

The condo was very clean with modern and fun, beachy, furnishings. The mattress was comfortable and the large open living room / dining room / balcony area had a great beach view. We loved that it was such a short walk to the ocean after getting off the elevators. Convenient location near Pier Park. Free beach chairs and great parking were much appreciated. We would gladly stay in this unit again.

A great surprise

This beach condo was perfect for a family. Much more space than expected. So many unexpected extras (from beach supplies to board games).

We absolutely loved our stay! The amenities were great, and the property managers were very responsive with any questions that we had. The only issue was that the front of the condo where the master bedroom is didn't seem to get great airflow, so we wound up sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room for the last two nights. It wasn't a problem for us because the kids loved it, and the pull put was actually comfortable. We did see a fan in the closet though, so that would have helped I'm sure, had we used it. I would definitely stay in this unit again. Also, we loved having a full sized washer and dryer available in the unit.

Great condo at a great price!

The condo was exceptionally clean. It appeared to have been recently painted and well cared for. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked. Getting in touch with the property management company took a while to answer basic questions. The unit was ready 2.5 hours prior to the 4 o'clock check-in time and we were alerted by text as promised. Will definitely be back!

Nice property

Thank you for sharing your neat and nicely decorated condo with us! Everything we needed was there including the surprise find of chairs and a nice umbrella. We would have brought our own but planned on using the complimentary lounges and umbrella on the beach. Guess they got spooked by Hurricane Delta and picked up EVERYTHING off the beach. Glad we found your chairs and umbrella as the weather never got bad at all. Loved the patio and view also...we hope to return!

Great place to stay!

We very much enjoyed our trip. Perks about this condo. Great balcony and amenities. Super clean! Probably one of the cleanest places we have stayed. Really the only negative which isn’t really a negative I could say is the living room needs more lighting. It would be nice if there was a over head light. Also the furniture isn’t very comfortable. However that’s not why u go to the beach. They place comes with the rental beach chairs which was very nice. Also had extra chairs in the balcony for beach use if needed. I would recommend this condo. Great for a quick getaway

Fall Breakin’ 2023

Condo was a nice size with beautiful view! 2 bathrooms was good for moms and preteens! Pool was closed and balcony had painting materials covering half the railing. Property management never sent us a parking registration code and we almost got booted. Chuck, the security guard, was very nice and understanding about it. Overall, we will stay again! Until next time PCB!
