Lake front 3000 sq ft. 4 bedrooms with 4 1/2 baths. Open living room and large kitchen that walks out to the 1200 sq ft of upper patio. 2 master suites with attached bathrooms upstairs. One master suite has french doors that open to the large upper deck. There is a family room down stairs with a TV area and a double set bunk beds that opens to the lower deck, a large master suite that opens to the lower patio with an attached bathroom, another bedroom with 2 queen beds that opens to lower patio and a hall way bathroom. All master suites have king beds. The 2 large masters with have additional sleeping to accommodate a family.

Absolutely perfect house for our family vacay! There were 9 of us & we had more than enough room. We enjoyed everything the house offered from the hot tub after a day on the lake to a cornhole tournament in the evening. We had a toddler & all the gates throughout the property were perfect. Easy communication with the owners. We would definitely book again!

Amazing house and property! It was our third year back for a family lake vacation and it continues to deliver. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and well stocked. The views, yard and swim dock set the stage for endless memories to be made. 10/10 - would recommend.

The home was beautifully decorated, inside and out. The beds were very comfortable & I’m very picky! So many places to sit together as a group or a couple. The kitchen fully met every need and more. We all gave it a 10 out of 10! We will return & all look forward enjoying this vrbo again!

This is a fantastic vacation rental! The photos are accurate, but also don't quite fully capture how gorgeous the setting and the views are! We had a fairly large group and it functioned really well for us. We stayed here when we attended our daughter's graduation at the University of Arkansas. It's a bit of a drive to Fayetteville, but very convenient to Rogers and Bentonville. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at many VRBO homes, and this one was the most fully equipped we have seen. They thought of everything! The view is great, home is lovely, everything was perfect. Absolutely worth it. Our group was a family of 6 adults but this would also be a great place with kids and multiple families.

Absolutely wonderful! Very nice and accommodating hosts. The home was in exceptional condition. Very spacious. Excellent view of the lake. Very clean. Very well maintained. Very well stocked and supplied with everything you could possibly imagine or need. Plenty of room inside and out for relaxing. We all enjoyed the hot tub as well. We are preparing to book this property again for next year. Close to town (Rogers) if anyone needed something. We can't say enough great things about this property. We'll be back. Thank you so much.

We had an outstanding stay! The views alone are worth booking this property, absolutely stunning from morning to sunset. The home is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of room for our entire family to spread out and relax without ever feeling crowded.The hosts were exceptionally responsive and helpful, quickly answering any questions we had before and during our stay. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into creating a great guest experience. We especially appreciated the well-stocked amenities, including the lake toys, coffee bars on each floor, and a large laundry room that made life much easier for a big family.The location was another huge plus. It offers easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and the marina, making boat and watercraft rentals incredibly convenient.If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly lake getaway with amazing views and attentive hosts, this property checks all the boxes. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stay here every summer!

This has to be one of the best lake front properties on Beaver Lake. Stunning views, easy access to the water. House is gorgeous and the owners keep investing in the property.

A fantastic family vacation!

This is our fifth stay in this beautiful home, and each year it just gets better. Extremely clean, well appointed, convenient location, exceptional views….this home has it all. The owners are very responsive & easy to work with.

Because the location is beyond perfect!!! It is right on the water and yet very close to town and many of the things Rogers and Bentonville offer. And the views are incredible!

Right on the water. Any closer and you would be getting wet. The house is beautiful and very inviting! And lots of outside area to enjoy with all balcony space.
