We rented a 5 bedroom because we needed a full kitchen to cook in and enough bedrooms for 10 people.At first glance, the villa was cute and in a nice area. Dated but charming. To make this villa five bedrooms they combined two villas. The issue is that the two back doors lock automatically. So you have to crack the door, which allows all the mosquitoes in the area to feast on you. The mattresses are like sleeping on a board. Although the description says 10 people, the silverware was only for 6. We had to buy more. The random pots and pans were a joke. The stove and oven use propane and died halfway through the week so I had to figure out where to purchase more. The oven would not maintain a hot temperature and it took hours to cook things. The back bathroom leaks water from the shower area, creating a slip hazard. The water heaters are solar, so only showers around noon are hot. There were numerous other things that went wrong but were fixed on the second day.This villa needs an overhaul before charging people what you do. And I’m still waiting on the 1,000 refund from the extra days charged and VRBO says they can’t reach you.
