Emerald Towers is located in the heart of Destin and is the perfect vacation spot for you and your family! This stunning 1700-square-foot condo located on the second floor invites you to enjoy alluring beachfront views of the Gulf of Mexico from large, private balconies off both the living area and primary bedroom. This rental showcases updated décor, including a wet bar, flatscreen TV, and stereo in the living area, four bar stools that sit alongside the granite countertops in the kitchen, and seating for six at the lovely dining room table. The full kitchen features plenty of tools and space to prepare delicious vacation meals. The ocean views will certainly put you in the vacation mood.

This condo was completely rebuilt in 2022, with completely new cabinetry, appliances, and furniture.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

recently stayed in Room 201, and it was hands down the best condo I’ve ever stayed in! The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook, making it feel like a home away from home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we were well-rested every night. The condo itself was spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to come back. This place is truly amazing! Highly recommend!

Perfect Summet spot in Destin

Condo was exactly as advertised - newly renovated beautiful corner unit close to the beach. The view from the balcony was perfect! The beach was a great spot and had sand bars and tidal pools when the tide went out in the evening. The board walk was very short which was a plus as the grandparents don’t like a lot of stairs. The pool was just the right size for all my kiddos ages 4 to 14 and the deep end was a plus. The beach chair area sells snowcones which was a big hit with the kids. The dryer needs the vent cleaned as it took all night to dry clothes and towels. Also the condo management needs to provide better instructions on entering the gym. There was no code and the office was closed in the morning. Overall this was a great stay and we can’t wait to come back.

Amazing Trip!!! Beautiful Condo and Views of the beach!

The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean with all of the windows surrounding the living areas!!!! Very beautiful and spacious! We loved having an ice machine in the condo! That was fantastic and so convenient! My family enjoyed having their own bedrooms with a bathroom for each room! That’s a plus! We all had our own space with privacy. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo! We will rent again in the future! Thanks for making everything so spacious and beautiful in this condo!

THE BEST

The condo is clean, well furnished, comfortable, beautiful and convenient… I would highly recommend it ..I have stayed here for 15 years and will be back..it is newly refurbished and the owners take care to have it in tip top condition. It is comfortable, clean and convenient plus the beds are great.

Absolutely beautiful

We stayed for 7 days and this beach front condoneas perfect! This unit is huge with plenty of space and absolutely stunning views. The entire complex was clean and I will definitely book it again. New found love in Destin Beach!

Awesome view!

This condo looks exactly like the pictures! I will only book corner units from now on because the view was beautiful. Pros: spacious, well-stocked kitchen (no oven mitts or extra trash bags, though), balcony with 4 Adirondack chairs, close to trash chute, close beach access (chair/umbrella service available for cost) Cons: security gate was open/broken entire stay, only 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, 1 of the 2 elevators was out of order almost entire stay, shower water pressure wasn’t great—wash as much sand off at the outdoor shower as you can! Overall— I would absolutely book this exact unit again!

Great Stay!

The corner unit was perfect. The layout was great, providing a comfortable and enjoyable living space. The convenient beach access and proximity to everything were a major plus. Our family absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back for another stay.

Fantastic

Beautiful corner unit. Loved that every bedroom had its own private bathroom. Convenient location to steps but never had to wait long for an elevator if chose that route instead. The pool area always kept clean and never too busy to enjoy. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Place and Location

The condo was absolutely beautiful, and very clean. Fantastic view! Big downfall was the amenities - one kitchen towel, no salt/pepper or any seasonings, no condiments, one trash bag, no oven mitts, no laundry soap, etc. For 5 days and 8 people there definitely needed to be more of this stuff provided. Also, we were on the beach and saw our room cleaned by 1 and we were still not allowed in until 4 (the unfriendly front desk worker physically let us in at exactly 4pm even though he knew we were there with little kids and it was raining). Seems a little ridiculous. Again, the place was perfect but the side stuff needs work for that price!

Great condo

The condo itself was very clean, upgraded and lovely. The only problem we had was with construction because on the website it said it would be finished by the time we booked which is why I specifically picked this date, so we could enjoy our stay with two kids (who have nap times and couldn’t because of the noise), a guy had to come into our condo and work for 3 hours, and people were in front of our balcony all the time, and they left their equipment there. My older daughter was so excited to see the view from the balcony but all she saw was the boom they to stand on to work. On top of this you have to rent a chair and umbrella even tho you paid to stay there (obvious money grab) and if you bring your own you have to put it behind the chairs so there’s always people in front of you. The vacasa representatives are nice and helpful but it still didn’t change the fact that I specifically plan Ed this around their construction time and the website wasn’t updated to let me know so I could avoid it.

Condo was recently updated, so it didn’t match the listing but it was a pleasant surprise.

Beautiful remodel! We originally thought there were only 2 bathrooms! When the door to the room with 2 beds is open it totally conceals the door to the 3rd bathroom!

Newly renovated

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in and the condo had been completely renovated and redecorated. It was beautiful! 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms with plenty of space and a wonderful balcony! This was easily my favorite condo that I’ve ever stayed in. Cleanliness wise, the floors were dirty and the showers had hair left in them. We found dirty dishes in the cabinets and a light switch that was covered in ?food? Other than that, this was perfect and I’d stay here again.

Construction Ruined Out Stay

I think this property could have been wonderful if it weren't for the construction. WE DO NOT BLAME THE CREW, they were great people. The rental company should have informed us that the construction was WAY behind. In the listing, and when I contacted the rental agency, I was told we would be without a deck for one day... we were not only without a deck the entire stay, but the construction crew's lift was based off of the balcony so they took breaks there and the lift was parked there day and night. There was no view, no fresh air, no privacy. CONSTANT CONSTRUCTION NOISE! They were grinding the decks. The door was locked from the outside, we couldn't even get an ocean breeze. The dishwasher did not work properly, it didn't finish the cycle so we hand washed everything (whoever stayed there next, your welcome). The unit itself wasn't very clean. There is not a hairdryer or kuerig. The unit has different furniture then shown in the photos, but that isn't a big deal. The location is great, and (when the construction is done) the view will be great. It's a larger unit. It's the 2nd floor so it's easy access to the pool, but with lower units you loose some privacy. I just wish someone would have called us AHEAD of time so we could have researched other options. The deck is so import to us, it really made a huge dent in our vacation. We were forced to leave the room every day to get some privacy and to get away from the noise.

Perfect location!

We stayed there this weekend and unfortunately the balcony was closed off but if the balcony would have been open it would have been a beautiful view. It was recently renovated so what you see in pic is before renovation. Now it has gold fixtures and new couches. Only thing we didn’t like is the rooms did not have fans or lights in center of ceiling like we are used to. I feel it’s a must have they have lamps which are not as bright. Washer and dryer need to be updated but they worked so it was ok. Ac would not go below 74. Other than that everything was perfect. Location everything is close by. Beach access is nice you do have to rent your seats outside for like 24 dollars which isn’t bad.
