Charming small detached house of 72m2 in a quiet area with private garage and courtyard. Garden area reserved for travelers, open to our garden, with a lounge, hammock, barbecue and children's games.
Ideally located, close to the city center and the forest, bakery and shops 200m, 800m from the Royal Abbey of Moncel, train station 15min walk (37min from Paris). 40min drive from Paris, 30min from Roissy CDG, 15min from Senlis, 20min from Parc Astérix and the Mer de Sable.

Immediate proximity to the forest, ideal for resting, for a stopover, for a weekend or a holiday to discover the Oise. House with independent entrance with a large bedroom with a double bed, a desk and a large dressing room.
The living room is composed of two sofa beds that can accommodate 2 additional people each (140x200 bed per sofa bed), a smart TV. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation.

Two foldable single beds (resistant up to 130kg) are also available.
Access to the house is from an independent entrance, or via the closed garage below. As the accommodations are located on the upper level, private stairs allow access.
We also have everything we need to welcome young children (cot, changing table, bath, high chair, children's crockery, stroller, barrier for the stairs, etc.). Do not hesitate to ask us and we will make them available.

Visits: Parc Astérix, Chantilly and Pierrefonds Castles, Senlis Cathedral, Compiègne Castle, Chaalis Estate, among many other destinations!

We ask our guests to be respectful of the accommodation and the environment and to kindly return the house as they found it: tidy and clean. For cleaning, guests have two options:
• either they take care of it and the accommodation must therefore be returned as it was when they arrived: the cleaning done (broom and mop), the used sheets/towels put on the table, we will only take care of the disinfection;
• or subscribe to the cleaning package up to €40, to be paid in cash on site. We will take care of cleaning and disinfection.
