Character House at the Foot of the Vercors, Swimming Pool

We are located in the heart of the Monts du Matin, not far from Crest and Valence, <br>For a weekend or an extended stay, this cottage for 6 people, with beautiful services, a beautiful place to rest. <br>Straddling the Rhône Valley, the foothills of the Vercors and the Drôme Valley, you will be less than 10 minutes from Crest where you can easily enjoy the varied tourist offer of the area: the Drôme river, the Upie zoo, the Tour de Crest, the hilltop villages and local markets, the foothills of the Vercors, the 3 Becs massif, the Saou syncline... <br>The whole house is quiet, facing south.<br><br>You enter a beautiful room of 45m², which has charm because of the magnificent beams. This old part allows it to keep cool during the summer.<br>The nearest shops are less than 5 minutes away.<br>You can swim all day in our pool until 8pm<br>It is surrounded by a fence that meets standards (all safety for your children) <br><br>This cottage can accommodate 6 people, with 3 bedrooms. It is ideal for a family with several children;<br>- 1 bedroom with a 180 cm bed<br>- 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed<br>- 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90<br>The living room kitchen is equipped, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, microwave oven.<br>For a two-day weekend, the price is a flat rate of 350 euros.<br>There is a cleaning fee (70 euros) regardless of the length of the stay. Bed linen is provided. <br><br>We are close to the Drôme where you can swim and practice water activities such as canoeing.<br>You can hike from us on foot or by bike. Or go to an equestrian center 5 minutes by car from us.<br>We are located at the foot of the Vercors, 45 minutes from the Hauts Plateaux.<br>Drôme provençale: 25 km, Grignan, Taulignan 40 km, Vaison la Romaine 1 hour 15 minutes, <br>The swimming pool is only reserved for the tenants of the cottage. <br><br>Perched villages of character: Mirmande, Autichamp, Aiguebelle Abbey: 45mn<br>Val de Drôme (swimming): 15mn
