Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect beach condo

We have been visiting the Destin area for over 3 years and this condo with beach views and easy access to the beach made vacationing with children a breeze. We brought are bikes and rode all over Miramar beach on the side walks. We took a drive down to 30a down the road and loaded up the bikes rode miles around the area. Lots of shopping all around you and places to grab a bit to eat. If you have children one thing I have learned when booking a place to stay is always have ground level so it’s very easy and quick to get back from the beach with children, waiting for an elevator and trying to get back to your room can be such a pain. Also are room was like a hop and a skip to the pool which with children made it very easy to take breaks from the pool. This place met all my expectations! We definitely will be back.

Great views, but some updates needed

Great view. The master bedroom door has some surface damage. Also, the closet in the master bedroom doesn’t open/close easy. The couch in the living room is dated and worn. There are very few utensils in the kitchen and only one oven pan for baking. The pool and the unit have really great views. Overall, not the best or worst unit I’ve ever stayed in.

Girls trip

Condo was clean, looked freshly painted, but the furniture was dirty. Obviously older. But the couch was dirty we sat with a sheet over it all week. Chairs were a mess on the cushions, rug is din-gee, And needs replaced. Overall a nice place.

Great view..

The selling point of this condo is the great view and quick access to the beach. Also that the beach chairs and umbrella are included is a big plus. The layout of the condo is great and having a bathroom for each room is magnificent. The kitchen layout was great and appliances worked. The AC worked great for us. I would give it a bit less than 4 stars if I could because there are upgrades needed, some big ones and some smaller ones they can do quickly and soon (others have mentioned both). I do recommend a deep cleaning, that would jump start things. We would come back to this condo because of the view and access to the beach, just don't let it get run down.

Beachfront Condo

We had a wonderful stay at this charming beach condo! The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the pristine beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The first-floor unit offers easy access, making it incredibly convenient to come and go, especially with beach gear in tow. The condo itself is spacious and comfortable, providing all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. We particularly enjoyed the patio with its lovely ocean views – perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. While the condo has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, it could benefit from a little updating to match the modern conveniences found in newer properties. Nevertheless, it was clean and well-maintained, and the slight vintage feel did not detract from our overall enjoyment. We would definitely recommend this condo for a delightful beach getaway and look forward to returning in the future!

Good but disappointed

The pool was not heated and was closed for 2 days. Our daughter didn’t want to get in the ocean after being stung by a jellyfish so this was a major disappointment. With the pool being closed 2 days I feel a partial refund is warranted. Please contact me with a response.

Great condo at the Beach House

This ground floor condo at the Beach house condominiums has some nice upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms, but disappointing that the bathrooms are only halfway redone and still have their old bathtub/showers. The swiveling arm chairs in the den and so cheap they’re dangerous and the couch is old and dingy. The kitchen is very porky stocked, Zero plasticware, no plastic cups or plates - aren’t those a necessity at the beach? Also had no scissors, no wine opener, no stemless wine glasses, no Keurig coffee maker, and no hair dryer.

Ok Stay But Could Be Better

Location and cleanliness of the property were great. Mirimar beach is fantastic. Check-in was fine...no issues. The beds in the condo were very comfortable. We did have a few minor issues...The kitchen is not particularly well stocked on basic items. We ended up purchasing a spatula for our stay. There were also a limited number of forks, spoons, etc. It would be helpful if an inventory of the kitchen were performed and the necessary items added or increased.Another issue is the living room couch and chairs...they've seen better days and are not very comfortable.Finally, the toilet in one of the bathrooms was clogged from day one (late Saturday afternoon). It took until Monday afternoon to get the problem resolved. A big shout out to Travis from the local Vacasa office. He interacted with me on several calls and was helpful, professional and very considerate as we worked through this problem. Thanks Travis and great job!Overall the beach was great and we will definitely return but we would not choose to stay at this unit again unless some updating was done.

GREAT SPOT - walk out to beach

We only stayed 2 nights but it was an amazing walk out spot to the beach and we didn't know our stay included 2 reserved beach chairs/umbrella which was nice. It's the perfect size for a family of 4 and we really liked the layout with the kids in the other bedroom, each having a twin bed. If they put a full and a twin in there - my mom would have been able to come, so something to consider (she wouldn't do well on the sofabed). The showers were really dated and have so much potential if they would renovate them- but it was nice having 2 bathrooms so the kids had their own. Being on the 1st floor was amazing. You'll be happy with booking this cute place. The beach sand on this part of the beach is powder/white too! Also - your stay includes an hour on a paddleboard as well! The kids loved that and it really made a nice memory for us all. Thanks for the great stay! We were plesantly surprised at how amazing the location way -PLUS, a must you can walk 2 spots down on the beach to the Surf Hut for food. They had amazing drinks, corn hole in the back for waiting/picnic tables, oysters, a great kids menu, A/C inside (which most restaurants don't have) and really awesome fish tacos. We ate there twice bc we were going to try another place (and the wait was an hour and a half) - so we came back and ate here again and loved it. Plus, this was a much nicer place than down the way - so it was a win-win. Super awesome bonus to this location as well!

Great Location - needs some updates

This property is located on a beautiful stretch of Miramar Beach, near shopping, grocery and eateries. Communication with host (Vacasa) was smooth prior to arrival and check-in was timely and easy. (download their app) Like others mentioned, the furniture could be updated. The kitchen had enough to cook light meals and all towels and linens were clean and tidy. Being on the ground floor was great and convenient to walk right out to the beach. The condo also provided two chairs and umbrella set up daily on the beach as part of your stay, along with paddleboards and kayaks. We didn't utilize much of the other features like tennis, shuffleboard or the pool. There are a few good places to eat within walking distance, and Winn-Dixie (grocery) and Alvins Island (local T-shirt/gift shop) is right around the corner. There was AC issues during our stay, so we were moved to another unit in the complex to complete our stay. The owner was responsive to our needs, had effective communication and a plan of action to correct the issues. (The issue was on the condo/HOA and nothing they could have done prior to our arrival). My reason for overall 4 Stars is they need to update some things like the furniture etc.as it is worn and getting to be gross. Overall good trip and would recommend to anyone with the hope they update a few pieces of furniture sooner than later!

Relaxing Vacay

This was our first time visiting Florida, and it was Amazing! This condo is clean and the view is great. I loved waking up and drinking my morning coffee on the patio listening to waves. Just steps away from the beach it was perfect for our family. We saw dolphins in morning which made our vacation really special. This was the getaway that we needed.

Great room, Great views!

We found this listing after searching for a great place to stay in Miramar Beach. This place did not disappoint! We were steps away from the beach and even enjoyed their pool. This place gives you the privacy you need in your own condo and even on the beach by providing beach chairs and an umbrella. The place was supper clean and parking was convenient. We very much enjoyed this stay and cannot wait to book again.

Beautiful walkout, evening sunset from patio

Wonderful 1st floor walkout to patio and a few steps to the beach. Accommodations were adequate for 6 people. Beds were comfortable, however, sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of. Could be a bit cleaner. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Long term Guest

We have rented this Condo for the last 7-8 years Jan,Feb,Mar and participate in the Sun Seekers group activities that go on here during those times. There was a significant improvement in the condition of the condo since last year. The kitchen was remodeled with new appliances, counters, and cabinets and was well stocked. The bathrooms were remodeled also with new cabinets, counter tops and shower curtains. All rooms in the condo were repainted. I would have given the condo a five star if it wasn't for the living area couch (the center of the couch is broken down) and chairs that need to replaced. They are the same ones since we have been staying there. I suspect they will be replace this fall. The location to the pool and club house is excellent as is the view of the golf. The only complaint we had as with the rest of the occupants is that the pool heaters were frequently failing and this resulted in not having use of the pool in the winter months. All in all we happy with the 103B and will be returning to the Beach House next year.

Great value and easy beach access

Steps from the beach or pool. With kiddos, every step saved counts! The facility needs some upkeep and no cutting board. Great value and my room had the beach chairs included.
