Balcony Fire Pit Walk to Village, Beach and Pier

Welcome to Casa Del Mar B, a Super Clean Condo with Private Balcony & Fire Pit located in the heart of San Clemente’s beautiful historic village. A quick walk—or free trolley ride (Mar–Oct)—to the main beach, pier, world-class dining, shops, cafés, wine bars, and the weekly farmers market.

Inside, the newly renovated condo has a bright, beachy feel and includes all the comforts of home: luxury mattresses and crisp premium bedding, a fully equipped cook’s kitchen, Central AC, smart TVs with streaming, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Outside, your private balcony offers a cozy seating area, fire pit, and BBQ—perfect for unwinding after beach days.

Please note: The balcony sits directly above the backyard outdoor area of another rental unit. There is a privacy screen but you may occasionally hear guests below. We kindly ask that balcony noise be kept to a minimum and that quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM are respected.

We also provide everything you need for a perfect stay: fast WiFi, workspace, Keurig coffee with pods and creamers, and full beach gear including towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, wagon, and access to an outdoor shower.

A dedicated parking space is included, and we happily welcome 99% of pets with pre-approval.

Everything was great. You had everything we needed. Fresh towels, beds were fantastic. Kitchen was well supplied. Having tissue was a plus.The nice bottle of wine was a plus and the drinks in the fridge. Supplied coffee and creamer.Taylor was so helpful with my suitcase up the stairs. I loved being close to restaurants and the beach. I can’t wait to return.Lorraine

Great stay

This condo is in a perfect location within walking distance of great restaurants and the pier. The condo is very well equipped everything we needed and more. Very clean and extremely easy check in. Will definitely come back when in this area.

A great location

We enjoyed our stay until the weather turned nasty. The unit was as advertised. The location was both close to restaurants and the ocean. I would stay here again.

Perfect spot in San Clemente

The location was perfect because it was a short walk to the beach but yet you’re still right downtown next to the shops and restaurants. We had a great time and look forward to coming back! Thank you for hosting us!

Everything about this condo was great - the accommodations (beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we could need), the location (literally on the trolley line but everything was walking distance anyway), the hosts (super responsive, helpful and thoughtful). And of course there's the beach/ocean! Before going I noted how all the reviews were 10 out of 10. Now I understand why!

Great place

We stayed 3 nights - place is clean, quiet, comfortable beds, well equipped. We could walk to shopping, restaurants, beach. The one parking space is very helpful. Host supplies for beach is great - towels, boogie boards, chairs, coolers and pull wagon to get it all to the beach. We will stay here again.

Beautiful, centrally located property near San Clemente Beach

Clean, cosy apartment with a great kitchen. Apartment was great, clean and nicely decorated. Communication with landlord was excellent and any questions I had were promptly answered. Will rent again in future. This was my first Vrbo experience

Great Stay in San Clemente

4 of us stayed here while attending my sons wedding. The location is perfect, wasy walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops on Del Mar. There was plenty of room, the apartment was very well equipped and we loved enjoying our coffee on the balcony every morning. Nice to have the AC in the living room on warm afternoons. We look forward to returning soon.

Wonderful

Clean, comfortable, well-appointed and excellent location. Communication with the owners was excellent and they were beyond accommodating. Truly like "staying with friends." Really nice to have a few beverages waiting in the fridge as well. Thank you!
